Tom Fennig and his apprentice did an excellent job of repairing our sink faucets and commode tanks fixtures. They were prompt, efficient, and did top quality work! Don came to our house and was completely professional from start to finish. The job involved working outside in the heat. He stayed as late, 9pm, as he needed to so that the job was complete. We will definitely use Custom Plumbing of Arizona again and be asking for Don!

The technician that came was very good. Our water heater (5 years old) started leaking with 1 year left on the warranty. The cost, with warranty buying the new water heater, was $760. I asked about upgrading to a better quality water heater and the cost became $2200. While the technician was good, the costs are ridiculous. $760 for 1.5 hour's work! And then $2200 for a water heater that is only available to contractors -- so you can't check the price -- and they turn in the warranty information and get a water heater for free.They're like morticians --- you're in a bind, so you pay and they reap huge profits.

Charles Plum was very professional and very, very helpful with helping me chose my best options to get my garbage disposal working again. I would definitely recommend his services with any and all plumbing needs!! I still can't thank him enough for all his help!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time.
