Best Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

“Jim is awesome in ever sense of the word! Had an emergency leak with an old irrigation pipe on a Sunday evening. I called two other companies I worked with in the passed. One had a call center which I got no call back and the other went to VM. I call All Hours Plumbing, and immediately I hear, This is Jim. Jim came out, quickly identified the problem, gave me a more than fair quote, and fixed my problem in no time.

If you're in an emergency, he's the guy to call! He even took the time to help out with another plumbing problem and fixed that easily. Now I can shower tonight! Thanks again Jim!!!!”

We have used them several times now and have never been disappointed. Jim and John are great and explain what they are doing. Sharon in the office is always friendly and takes the time to answer questions.

late night call, was quoted 230, made an appointment for 12:30, plumber calls at 12:40 wait another hour and a half, oh, and the bait and swith price was more than double.

My breaker for my AC was bad I was at work my wife came home house was 90 degrees I called George Brazil to come swap out my 40 amp breakerThey charged me a “$250 emergency trip fee” just to come to my house. Here is the sickening part they charged me $333 for the 40 amp breaker that cost $16.38 at Home Depot.Total charge to switch out a breaker $583 ?I personally will never call them again and I will make sure to let all my neighbors know and all my friends know that they took advantage of the situation !!! Shame on you George Brazil !!!!!!

I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!

I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

While they are very nice people i felt i was way overpriced, while supplying everything except a 6 inch piece of copper i was charged approx. $300. hr. for labor which was more than double the estimates i had received from 2 other highly rated plumbing companies. In short i felt Gouged will not use again.

Very happy with the service. Took the time to explain issues with our tankless water. Would recommend them 100%.

Woke up to a load popping noise this morning. We instantly thought it was a pipe busting and began researching what to do next. At about 9am I saw a bunch of water coming down the roof area flooding into the backyard. I called Tutko plumbing at around 9am and spoke with Al the owner, buy 10am AJ and Alex were here working on the roof. I am so pleased with their great service and happy to know that from now on Tutko Plumbing will be my first call for any of my plumbing needs. They came highly recommended by some moms in the moon valley area and we will highly recommend them as well.

Paul worked on rerouting water lines for our kitchen remodel as well as laundry room reconnect. Paul was professional and performed quality work in a timely manner. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

You should have your guys take a driving test. I was almost hit this morning on the freeway by one of your guys in a van. He then proceeded to flip me off. Very unprofessional. I will not be using this company and will let others know not to use you also.

Sam S. Came to service my HVAC this morning. He was prompt, professional, and polite. He also helped me troubleshoot and set up my Wi-Fi access to my thermostat and did a great job with his service.

I can't street enough how amazing my team members at Charity Plumbing are. We are currently slowly growing into a bigger company from a few yrs b4 I was an employee. As I learn I am impressed by my coworkers' knowledge of the craft. I learn something new everyday. And I have been a client in a way. When I first moved to my apt my coworker Tyler helped with a clog that had been an issue for a month. I hadn't had much experience at the time and when he came to my place my landlord told him the he tried to unclog it and he also said that Tyler would need a longer cable to reach the clog. Well Tyler let him know that he's experienced enough for my landlord not to worry and that he would just give it a look and do the very best he can and if he felt it needed a bigger cable he would then use an auger with a longer cable. Well he unclogged the toilet and it's been working well since. That is my experience as a client/customer with this company. It gave me a perspective from a client to standpoint on the type of service I clients get here and the type of service I was going to be giving clients also as an employee.
