Aaron showed up right on time, even though it was raining and most of the work was outside. He made quick work of the repairs during the breaks in the rain, and then finished with some small items in the bathroom. He was professional and very good at what he does. We will definitely use Plumbrite in the future!

We've had both electrical and plumbing technicians from George Brazil come out and help us with various stages of our remodeling process. Every single time they have been not only extremely competent and professional, but also just really pleasant people to talk to! Our most recent plumber, Tom K, was super friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to help us with out washing machine issue. About the company in general - the dispatchers and appointment people are super pleasant also, and I particularly love that they send a photo and bio of the technician you'll be seeing so you can identify them when they arrive - fantastic safety measure!!

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.

Very poor service! Guy came in for service and started talking unprofessionally, and asked 2.5x pricing than competition in threatening tone. Very poor attitude! How many places a customer calls for a quote is none of their business. Calling it out in defence of a poor review revealed that attitude.

Carl and Logan were great. got along with our loud and obnoxious dogs, and had all the parts on hand to work our combi unit on the roof. They were knowledgeable and were able to get technical with me when I had specific engineering questions about the fix and upgrade of my compressor motor, including monitoring the current draw before and after repair procedures and showing me the replaced parts. I always appreciate an honest and respectful technician, and these guys were that.

I reached out to several local plumbers to replace a water heater at a rental unit of mine. After speaking with several other plumbers, I called Dave Somers Plumbing and s/w Dave. I could tell right away he was knowledgable and seemed honest, so I hired his his company. I had previously worked with different plumbers/handyman types but was looking for a go-to plumber as I have issues that come up reguraly. Dave fit me into schedule quickly and was right on time (bonus: their scheduling/notification system of arrival, completion and invoicing is state of the art and best I have seen), he was able to fix quickly with minimal down time, was extremely easy to deal with and charged reasonable price (not always the case).
