Jack was prompt and came prepared to work. He assisted us with all questions and about the job and how to prepare a claim. HIs work was very professional and neat. Job site was cleaned after work performed. He remained cordial throughout the day as the project was pretty substantial. That is: the sewage line was broken but why was not known until the excavation was achieved and this required contacting other services who had broken the sewage line when installing a new conduit. Jack's knowledge of whom to contact saved valuable time and enabled the job to finish in the estimated time.With Jack's assistance , we were able to get APS to accept responsibility for the damage. APS followed up with a complete payment for the repairs and the two previous plumbing calls to determine the damage. One of the calls was over a year earlier. This reimbursement by APS saved us considerable amount of money. I feel certain that Jack's knowledge and assistance with the contacting of the right personnel at APS paved the way for the reimbursement and in addition, Jack advised me in how to respond to APS's formal request for damage report. Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I needed to have all the fixtures in 3 tub/showers replaced (old stuff was builder grade junk that had been in the house since built..time to upgrade). The 2 spare rooms were quick and easy with some soldering needed. The master, however, was a nightmare. The previous owners tried repairs on their own which included gluing in a broken screw. The plumber had to rig a pullling system to get the cartridge out. He did not give up and leave us with a half completed job. We are thrilled with the results and the quality of the work. Will, absolutely use them again. You get what you pay for people.

When I saw how he treated my parents, his number went in my phone as the person to call. So when my hot water heater went out, Paul came to get us back on track affordably, even coming after 7 p.m. to finish the project. We are grateful.

Hire this company, they are amazing. We had a diy failure and Kelly was able to come out and fix our leak. We called during the evening and Kelly showed up at 6am to fix our problem. Freddy has been my go to plumber for years now at my personal home and my investment properties. He always does an outstanding job, is very personable, and cares for his clients and their homes.
This week he truly outdid himself. I had a plumbing emergency in the ONLY bathroom at one of my Airbnbs (sewage backing up into the tub and the toilet leaking all over the floor).
