David was very friendly, professional and took time to really understand the issue and completely fixed my sink without stress or frustration. He also worked directly with my corporate rental company to get approval for the work. Great service!

James and his partner ( didn’t get his name , but he looked like Jerry Garcia from Grateful Dead so I called him Rock Star!)- were AWESOME. First, they showed up right away, assessed the situation - clogged pipes caused by the super high mineral content in our water here. Solved that, and educated me on saltless water softeners!! We have a salt one at our other house - and the idea of a saltless one was the perfect solution for this home, which we rent out. They quoted me on that - I was so impressed with their honesty, knowledge and fair prices!! I decided that day to install one - from a clogged drain to an install - and they were able to schedule it THAT DAY. I have tried sooo many plumbers - all the “ big ones”- who are outrageously expensive - and did not do a great job, had to return to fix mistakes etc. FINALLY FOUND A PLUMBER I CAN TRUST!! James and rock star from All Hours Plumbing are the best !!!!!

I found Aaron and Plumbrite Services to be TOP NOTCH, in knowledge, experience, quality of work and most of all at a REASONABLE cost!

100% satisfied! Long story, older house and breaker box, completely without power, my husband messed around for a while getting more and more aggravated, not looking forward to spending who knows how long outside in the dark holding a flashlight while he cussed at what ultimately turned out to be the wrong breaker that we bought. I told him that I was calling an electrician since part of the cussing involved him stating his hatred of electrical work and that he's a roofer, not an electrician. We just had our old fashioned phone book delivered yesterday, went and got it, turned to the George Brazil ad under electricians, called about 8:30pm, John called and said that he'd be there asap; he lives in Casa Grande and made it up to our place in North Phoenix and had us up and running in no time. Very happy with John, a very polite and professional young man who knows his stuff!

I contacted Rapid Rooter in response to a dangerous carbon monoxide buildup in my home. Chad explained to me the thermodynamics of a water heater and how the heat generated from the flame will actually remove the carbon monoxide. Turns out my 17 year old water heater while functioning had become a danger for my pets and my family. Chad quickly assessed the situation, installed a new water heater, supply lines and a new flue at a competitive price. I highly recommend Rapid Rooter Plumbing and will continue to use for any future plumbing needs.

Mauricio came out to take a look at my hot water heater and replace the hose bib in my backyard. Mauricio replaced the hose bib and drained the hot water heater so quickly! I will only ever call Roto Rooter for plumbing issues. They are the easiest to work with, the nicest, and get it done right the first time. They always take the time to tell me what they are doing and educate me so I understand.

This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.

WARNING: I don’t understand how this company received any positive reviews but I would stay away. If they treat everyone like me it is your loss. I first requested a bid using their online forms. No one responded. I called a few days later and set up an appointment and no one showed up. I called them later that day and received a call back. I wanted to have installed a specific brand of tankless heater. The man said he never heard of the brand. He obviously made no effort to google it. I gave him the web site. He never called back. What a waste of my time on this incompetent company. I couldn’t give zero stars as I desired.

Trust worthy and reasonable

Frederick was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and I have an old a/c-furnace unit that’s on its last legs. In trying to locate my problem, he took the units apart and took pictures. He explained in detail what he found and solutions to the problems. I got on their upkeep schedule to thoroughly clean the unit. We also discussed new units in which he was knowledgeable. I was happy he took the pics so I knew he wasn’t just trying to sell me a new one. I’ve been through at least three companies who have all screwed me over. I feel hopeful about this company as Frederick corrected one of the issues the last company caused. His professionalism won me over. I hope that runs through company and every employee is as good.

Paul is the best plumber I have ever used and unfortunately I’ve used a few. He is professional, does amazing work and his prices are very fair. Would highly recommend him!

Ralph was great. On time, friendly, efficient, great service. I’m really glad that I decided to use them for a camera inspection at my home.

Jose and Levi came out to do a new install. These guys are great! Jose was lead on my new install and knew his stuff. He took the time to answer any questions I had and explain what he was doing. He was confident in his craft and made the project his. I felt like he was working on his own home. Levi was the other installer, and was likewise, an excellent example of how customer service should be done. Friendly and personable, happy to speak with me throughout the whole project. I was along side of them most of the project, and learned a lot about AC, their trade, and them personally. I would be happy to have them back in my home to work again. I recommend Jose and Levi to work on any project. Solid guys and great representatives of their company!

CJ was great. I couldn't recreate the noise the pipes have been making. He reassured me that if I could or possible send a video, he would come back out to help. Very nice guy and charity made it easy to book.

Dave was on time and did great work. He left the job cleaner than he found it. I would recommend Somers Plumbers to everyone.

Bryan dug and dug until he found our service line leak. He worked in a cramped space and well past dark to finish the job and restore service. Geatly appreciated the dedication!
