I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Showed up to diagnose leak under sink. Found garbage disposal leaking around the top where it connects to the sink. Tried to sell me a $775 replacement when there was nothing wrong with the disposal. It only needed to be retightened under the sink.
Had service man come and reinstall… no leaks $75 cost.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

Had a drain pipe leak under the slab of my house, walked me through the pipes on the camera to show all the problem areas and the difference between the good pipe and the damage. Team members, specifically Bertin, Fernando, and Alex, were incredibly responsive and communicative. Job was done fast, the work was high quality and the project was as stress free as it could have been for the unexpected situation. I would highly recommend to any friends/family members for any plumbing needs.

Gerald Schultz has been our 'knight in shining armor' ever since a friend recommended him years ago. He's repaired minor plumbing leaks, installed toilets and water heaters and reverse osmosis systems, changed out faucets and showerheads and valves, checked our propane system for the fireplaces and more. We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. Excellent job of installing a new sewer pump. No mess. Done as expected and at price agreed upon. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

Sunday afternoon, I had an emergency where both of our two toilets were not draining. I found Rooter Ranger, gave them a call and within an hour and a half, Jordan and Oscar were at my house. I already had the toilet pulled so they tried power snaking through the toilet flange first, then the roof vent, both to no avail.Jordan convinced me that putting a camera in the line was necessary to see what was going on. I agreed and he showed me that there was a mass of plant roots where the two toilet drains meet. Turns out I was going to have to dig up the concrete and dirt under the guest toilet to fix this.I did the demo and digging myself, exposed the drain pipe underneath the floor then Oscar came back Tuesday afternoon. It turned out that there was still too much concrete covering the fitting between the two toilets, so at first we all thought that there was going to be a lot more work and money (and time) before this could be fixed. Thanks to some quick thinking by Jordan and Oscar, that crisis was averted and together we were able to get the drain pipe loose and pull the roots out. Oscar glued the pipe back on and we finally had a working master toilet again!As of the time of this review, I'm waiting for the new concrete to dry so I can get the tile replaced and guest toilet put back on, but without Jordan and Oscar at Rooter Ranger, I don't know what I would've done! The pricing was more than fair too! Thanks guys, I will use Rooter Ranger for any plumbing i need done from here on out.

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! Look elsewhere! They told us we needed a new septic tank but considering we just had it inspected, I'm pretty sure they played us. Broke our sprinkler system and put in a new one which didn't work. Brought in rocks and just dumped them in random piles. We can literally see our septic tank sticking out of the ground because they didn't bother covering it correctly. Completely ruined our backyard and no professionalism at all. I could go on. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don't answer their phones after you paid them and seriously look somewhere else.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Our home has had a mysterious leak for months which was raising our water bill to astronomical prices. We had two other Plummers and leak detectors out here which charged us a ton of money and ultimately didnt solve our problem. I found Option One online after desperate research. Andrew was incredibly helpful and professional. He was able to detect the source of our high water bill and immediately fix it. Option One does charge an additional fee per hour however Andrew made every effort to solve our problem within the first hour so as to not incur us any additional fees and he succeeded.
