This is the best service I have received from a plumbing company. I recommend Adept Pluming for their professionalism.

Called this company at 3pm on a Friday for a clogged kitchen sink and they were professional and available to come out same day! They also provided a quote over the phone! The technician, Isaac, called me within 10 minutes and said he’d be here by 6pm. He showed up at 5pm, fixed the clogged drain and was gone by 5:35pm. Isaac was very courteous, professional and explained everything he was doing along the way. Best part was the quoted estimate over the phone was exactly what the invoice was.....$47 bucks!!! Same day, emergency service and fixed the problem all completed within 3 hours of my call, what more could I ask for?! I’ll definitely call them again and recommend to everyone. Great job again Isaac!

Have been using Alex for all of my plumbing issues both at my work location and my home for more than 8 years. He is always responsive, takes care of the job with the upmost care. The work site is always cleaned up and you would not know he was there, except for now the problem is fixed. Alex is very personable and will answer any questions you have. Have recommended him to others and they have let me know what a great job he had done. He is highly recommended!!

I am a first time customer of George Brazil and the experience was above and beyond. Justin was the tech that came our to my house to provide a quote for a water heater replacement. He was absolutely fantastic, friendly, superior customer service and extremely thorough. He was able to offer a very competitive quote along with the offer of installing the water heater immediately. The replacement was done quickly and with very high quality. Justin completed a whole house plumbing inspection and provided comprehensive explanations regarding areas of concern and corresponding quotes. I appreciate the time Justin spent answering all of my questions. He left the house and garage much cleaner than what it was before his arrival. Very poor service! Guy came in for service and started talking unprofessionally, and asked 2.5x pricing than competition in threatening tone. Very poor attitude! How many places a customer calls for a quote is none of their business. Calling it out in defence of a poor review revealed that attitude.

Had Paul fix our main water line which we discovered had a major water leak and we were losing approx 12 gals of water per minute. Paul came out same day to give free estimate, and first thing the next morning he had a team of guys ready to get to work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Got it all repaired within a few hours and cleaned up the landscaping that had been dug up. Fair price as well. We’ll definitely keep his number and use him for any future jobs.

Plumber from Charity Plumbing installed a new water heater on June 12th. After installing the water heater he told me there was a 6 inch dent on the top of the water heater. He said not to worry they will replace it next week. Called their office the following week and their office manger, Jessica, refused to install a new one as the manufacturer wound not cover the new installation.

I really appreciate the responsiveness, knowledge and quality of work that Somers plumbers did in solving the toilet flush not draining issue I had. I recommend and would definitely use them again if I have to. Saved me $$$$. Thanks for the help Dave !

Showed up 5 hours late for an 8 to 12 window. Leaving and entire apartment complex with no water at peak time around 4pm to 6pm.

Bryan dug and dug until he found our service line leak. He worked in a cramped space and well past dark to finish the job and restore service. Geatly appreciated the dedication!
