Everyone was very pleasant and polite. My only complaint is the darker windows have a bluish tint that give the room a bluish cast and make the room darker than I like but those are the windows in the direct sun and heat so went with those. Otherwise it is amazing to feel any of the windows or sliding door on the inside and find they feel cool. Has helped our hottest room. Great investment without a huge financial strain.

Used True View for the first time today. Had an issue with the lock on our sliding glass patio doors, it would not lock. Wes Taylor was the tech who came out. All communication was great before his arrival. He came in looked at the problem and in less than 15 minutes had our issue resolved. Wes was prompt, professional and honest. This company gets our business from now on.

My Patio door had come off the track and I wasnt able to close it completely, so I panic that I would have to miss work. I googled patio door repair and saw one for Valleywide Glass. Their prior reviews were amazing, so I decided to give them a shot. I called and explained my concern and within 30 minutes of my call, Colten and Ariel showed up to save me from my delima. Both guys were super nice. They explained why my patio door came off track and what I could do to help prevent that from occurring again. Their service was quick, but yet exceptional. So happy with Superior Glass! They were quick to respond and I was surprised at how much better their price was than the other company I called. The guys did an excellent job and had my 2 home windows back to normal that day. My wife even commented about how professional and respectful they were while in our home. Wouldn't hesitate in calling them again.

Was recommended by a family member. Everything started out great, but Candy almost ruined our experience. She was rude to my insurance company but I brushed it off as being a claims rep thing. Then I called from 8:45 in the morning to reschedule because there was no way I'd make me appt on time but no answer. Candy claims someone called but no one did. When i told her i was running 15 mins late she said there was no one there to service the car and all she had was a 1pm appt which would not fit my schedule. I told her I would have to go elsewhere if we couldn't come soon, she said that's fine. We called back and spoke with karla who was amazing and she took care of everything, thanks to her and Moises we had amazing service and left very happy. Thanks guys for my new windshield!!

Even more than the initial experience, the true test of a company is what happens when something isn't as expected. ClearView truly came through in this regard. In our case, a piece of the original trim came off of one side of our vehicle's windshield about four months after installation. Monica, Jordan, and AJ all went above and beyond in approving, coordinating, and completing the Warranty-based replacements of the trim on both sides. They were pleasant to work with and completed the work with a true sense of customer service and value. 5 out of 5 stars! Our thanks to these individuals and those that stand behind them at ClearView.

I can’t remember ever using a different company than Reliable. They are just that reliable! I moved from the valley a couple years ago and still drive down to have them work on my windsheild.

Made appointment- Clayton the tech came on time very nice and helpful, told us to get the pillars for the sides and retainer its better when fixing older car (2012 mini cooper S convertible). Everything went great till I called the office to reschedule the appointment ( wait on the pillars) got to talk to Heather- she has no clue how to handle customers she lies and had the nurves to call back the following week and asked for my husband who she never dealt with acted like we didn't speak before and she told me the owner doesn't feel comfortable doing bs with us ??
With all the glass repairs/ replacement companies out there HEATHER LEARN ABOUT CUST SERVICE.

The tech that came to repair my windshield was very fast and professional.

The staff here are very friendly I called about a chip in my windshield and was able to get it fixed the same day! They offer pretty good pricing as well can't complain there.
This is my fourth time coming here and every experience has been great. They have driven out to my husbands work as well they are very accommodating

My husband and I looked for weeks for a reputable company for vinyl siding repair and gutter issues. After some outrageous quotes and no call backs, Jim called from Tacheny. I gave him the address and Jason came to the house fixed EVERYTHING the same day! Then they barely charged us for the work work they did. Such amazing work for an honest price.
