Best Replace in Phoenix AZ

Update: I asked my home warranty to send out Collins Commercial Services. The tech cleared my drain in about 30 minutes. There was hair in the line. Never use Pruitt's!



Kyle was very unprofessional and attempted to bully my wife into unnecessary services. I spoke to him on the phone and caught him lying about what he did. In addition I told him his diagnosis had already been repaired by another plumber. I then suggested a resolution another plumber had used and he told me to call them. He did not attempt to snake the drain properly, he just tried to upsell my wife on a broken line because I was not home. He told my wife he was putting us on a no service list and that's fine because I don't want Pruitt's Plumbing back. I got the impression that because it was a Home Warranty job he just wanted out without doing work. All he was interested in was upselling. $275 to run a camera after I told him it's been done before. No thanks.

Had to have 50 year old cast iron sewer pipes re-lined because of corrosion and cracks and mineral build up that cause back ups and slow drains. They used a camera to show me where the problems were and gave me the video. The price was very reasonable.the crews were well trained and prompt. Very easy to work with. The price included repair a a small section of dry wall that had to be removed to replace a joint in one of the pipes. The drywall guy was very good. Overall, the process was handled to fix the pipes and cause the least disruption. Lindsey and plumbing crew was excellent. Twenty year warranty too. I highly recommend them.

I needed to change the kitchen Facet, and my Home Insurance send Mr. Zolten Laszlos, from Laszlo's Plumbing, to do the work.

This is an older house, and the kitchen faucet had been there for many year, so it was not an easy job, but Mr.Zolten did a fantastic job! After he was done, he cleaned the area where he worked, leaving it cleaner than it was before he started to work.

Mr. Zolten did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. I wish everyone would be as good, reliable, respectful, and knowledgeble as Mr. Zolten.

If you want to have somethig done right, the first time, call Mr. Zolten Laszlos, and you will be extremely pleased with his work!

Absolutely fantastic people hard-working did a great job cleaned everything up we really appreciate them especially Joel Baldo Escabar and Jose and crew

I have used Alexander's Plumbing several times now and they have always done a great job. They show up during their scheduled time and even text when they are on their way. Always professional, quick to respond to your call, clean and they care for your home like it was their own. As my house is getting older, I have had call on them several times to fix issues. I have always been happy with their work.

Our AC was not cooling properly so we called our Home Appliance Warranty company. They sent out Adam from A.P.E.S. We have had horrible experiences with some companies sent out through our warranty. So we were expecting a battle. A.P.E.S came out the same day. We were given a 4 hour windows and received a message when the technician was an hour out. The technician, Adam, was professional, practiced social distancing, diagnosed and repaired the problem. No issues at all. He was also very friendly and my husband had a great time conversing with him. We are very happy with this company and recommend them for your future needs. We will definitely ask for them again. Lauren was amazing. After having two other plumbers try and clear out a clogged tub and sink drain and be unsuccessful, Lauren from Valleywide Plumbing came out and got it cleared out in less than an hour. She was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her and Valleywide.

We had a great experience with ,Gabriel Salley. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He addressed our electrical issues and setup several written quotes for the repairs that were needed. Before he did any repairs he explained what he was going to do and the cost, and we appreciate that. He also gave us information on the Platinum plumbing which we felt was a good idea.My wife noticed the red carpet that he put by the front door, and she thought that was nice.Dan Cuoco

I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.
