They did a great job at Hero. The guys working at my place were Jon, Israel, Memo, and Cesar. They all worked really hard and did great work. I like the fact that Hero tries to minimize the amount of demolition needed to replace a new sewer pipe. I’m so glad that they don’t trench the whole house. They were extremely quick and efficient, they were done in about 3 days for a replacement drain pipe and reconnecting everything. They are amazing and extremely helpful at Hero. Highly recommend.

I broke my main waterline putting in fence post holes (DOH!), and was able to put in a pretty sketchy temporary fix, but obviously I needed a professional repair pretty quickly. The first plumber I called flaked on me the day they were supposed to come and did not show up. I found Plumbrite in a couple of recommendations on NextDoor, and gave them a call. Aaron was very professional and honest about his availability, but assured me he absolutely would show up. As it turns out, he called me back and let me know he should be able to come out later that day instead of two days later if he could get the parts. He called again to let me know he was able to get the parts, then called again to let me know he was on his way. His estimate for the parts and labor were very fair (plumbing expertise does not come cheap and gas and parts prices are through the roof). He even encouraged me to call around for other estimates to be sure I was satisfied. He arrived when he said he would and was able to make a perfect repair very quickly. Then to my total shock, the bill came out less than the estimate! In talking to Aaron while he worked, it was very clear to me that Plumbrite knows how to run a successful business by making customer satisfaction their top priority. I will absolutely call them first for any future plumbing needs, and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Daryl did an excellent job in replacing our Moen kitchen faucet.He also changed out our “plastic fittings” with old fashion metal shut-offs.I highly recommend Daryl and George Brazil for plumbing work.

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Chris was able to move my guest bathroom sink drain and plumbing over about 3 feet in a block wall to accommodate our new vanity: while he was there he also was able to replace a leaky hose bib: he did beautiful work and was super quick! Very happy with their service

We received great advice and direction from this company. They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!

I highly recommend American Discount Plumbing. My 30+ year old plumbing needed a new rough valve and trim at the bathtub. Paul did an awesome job from cutting through the back wall to getting everything to fit! I found ADP to be a reliable, honest company. I was very pleased with the work and the price. Would definitely use them again.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

They gave me a great quote and the work they did was phenomenal. You'd never even know they were there. They also left my house so clean and the process was much easier than I had anticipated. Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.

Jerry is very professional and knowledgeable. Also friendly, customer oriented and seems to be a hard worker interested in getting to know the problem at hand a find a good solution.In the future I will call for him to help me with my AC needs. Hays has a very good employee in my opinion.
