Own a business in Glendale and Pink Plumbing and Sewer rock! Totally professional and fast as hell. Definitely happy they came in and fixed my clog as soon as I called! Highly recommend if you need any plumbing needs.

Dane arrived as scheduled and fixed my toilet leak. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was my first time using Diamondback Plumbing. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

I give these two lousy plumbers 1 star because there wasn't an option to give them none. I called at 12:30 pm and was given an estimated time of 3 to 4:30pm for a call back when the plumber would be on his way. I got a call at 4:29 pm to say a gentleman with a name of Abby was on his way to my residence, and that he was very friendly and a family oriented person. When the person name Juan came to my door and introduced himself I was a bit surprised but okay. He ask what the problem was and I explained that neither my shower nor bathtub were draining. He went down to the front bathroom looked at it and ask if I had power in the bathroom. When I showed him the outlet that I did have, he shook his head and said no that wont work. I said he could run a cord from the living room. He went out to his truck got the electric snake and ran it down the drain. He was at my home for a total of about 30 minutes and gave me a bill for 85 dollars. He probably didn't say more than 15 words to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself each time, as he did not speak English well, and I don't understand Spanish. If you need a plumber because your shower and tub wont drain save your self some time and money and go to Lowes and rent the snake for 50 dollars for a two hour period and do it yourself. The help there will speak your language and not leave you feeling like you have just been scammed. Also these guys don't like to take credit cards, when ask if they take credit cards he said he would prefer a check, my reply was I prefer a credit card, he had to call and have the card taken over the phone. Before posting my comment I called Joe the owner to let him know that I was posting this review and he said oh thank you, when I told him it wasn't a good review he got defensive in my opinion and made comments like that in my mind the service was not good and he had just received a call about how well Juan had done on the last job before coming to my home, I explained that I was not the only one whom had given him a bad review, and for me, in my mind I was the only one who matter.

I had no idea that a $69 service fee meant paying their gas. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and told them my sewer line backed up. The person on the phone told me it would be a $69 service fee for the technician to come out. When the tech got here, he had to call someone and ask what to do. Then told me it would be $289 to run a snake down the pipe. I asked what happened to the $69 service fee and he told me that is the price for them to come out with no work done. I was amazed! With companies running a $39 special to snake a sewer line, Ben Franklin Plumbing charges for gas to LOOK at the problem and then adds more on top of that for work. When I called their office, the lady I spoke to tried to tell me the $69 service fee is the tech and equipment in the truck. When I told her he hasn't even used any equipment yet, I am paying for your gas, she said yes. Unbelievable! I will never use Ben Franklin Plumbing again.

We had an 18 year old system in our home and in AZ that’s a ticking time bomb. We decided to go with P&S to get them replaced and it’s been a pain ever since. We haven’t had so much trouble with A/C units in our lives since we’ve had them install one. They’ve been back multiple times with problems. The A/C unit gave out on us during the summer and while we were on vacation. Good thing the smart thermostat was working so we could be notified that our house was at 98 degrees. Took a few days to get that repaired. Sounded like shoddy workmanship since the install guys pinched a wire to the upstairs thermostat. They shorted out a thermostat and had to replace that. While they were there they mentioned that they’ll have to come back to finish the install on the furnace since the install guys didn’t finish. This was only 3 months into a brand new system. 7 months later it’s cold so we turned the furnace on and the upstairs fills with smoke and the smoke alarms are going off. We live in an older neighborhood and there are quite a few older systems around. P&S is not getting any new customers out here since the neighbors have seen P&S at our house for the 4th time in 9 months. Bad install apparently. Wonder if we got some lemons or the install team was on drugs during the install. Not sure what’s up but only two stars from us. Looks like we got all the Melvins at our house to do this install.P.S. the picture is the kind of workmanship you can expect

Amazing experience right from the first telephone contact. Everyone is super-friendly, super-professional and completely honest and ethical. They stuck to the price, even when it became a much lengthier and complex issue, and explained every step of the way. No mess left behind, no questions or worries on my part. EXCELLENCE all the way. This company was close to my home, used them three times in three months. Unfortunately, I will not do business with this company again and suggest any other company for plumbing needs. After having them install new trim in bathrooms the spout started to leak within days of the service call. There was no leak prior to them touching the equipment. When I called to make them aware of the leak, it took three days to get someone out. Furthermore, the invoice for the original call stated, “tested for proper function and tested for leaks.” However, they charged me another $177 on top of the $161 I already paid. DO NOT GIVE this company your business!

Been using Anthonys Plumbing for the past 10 years, Highly recommended. Very professional ,honest and great pricing. Ive used them for a water heater replacement and had it covered under warranty that i did not know was still covered. From leaks outdoors , under the sink,and a major leak under the house foundation, I have always been very happy with the quality of work and time it has taken for repairs. The worst thing I ever did was eat a lot of hot mexican food on a 115 degree weather. I ended up destroying my toilet and wall paper. The best decision was to call Arizona Plumbing Services, the true heroes.

The service was very professional and quick. He was very upfront with the pricing and was completely honest. He will also educate you on the plumbing, how it works (even showing graphs and visuals!), and what he will do. When doing his work, he will continually explain you his process so you aren't left in the dark on explanations.

Andrew did a great job working with the other team who had to evacuate the water. He also talked with my adjuster and gave me the pieces that caused the problem. He really took the time to help me and my family with our water problems. It didn't take him long to fix the problem once it was figured out what was wrong. He did a great job explaining to us what had happened. I will choose Champion plumming for all my plumming needs in the future and if lucky will get Andrew again.
