While out of town, our water heater ruptured. I called Maloney to replace the unit so we would have hot water upon our return. We were not aware of the extensive damage until Maloney arrived and advised us by phone that we should first contact our insurance carrier and retain a restoration service to minimize any further impact from the event.Despite our many delays (waiting for a restoration service decision, waiting for mitigation operations, waiting for an insurance adjuster and then waiting on repairs) Maloney remained at the ready so we could get hot water at our earliest opportunity and at no additional cost. They are pros and you should give them a call.

Used this company to help my mother clear a drain that was backing up in an older Sun City home (1960's) and was worried about sewer line issues that are common to the area. First off my experience with Rooter Hero started off with the technician calling me asking for the cross streets because he was in Glendale and I'm in Sun City. He was really polite and apologetic for the confusion .
