Damon came out and unclogged our main line that was backing up our entire house. He came out in the middle of the night and was very quick and very nice.

Pink Plumbing showed up when they said they would, took all the necessary Covid precautions, and gave me hot water again in my shower. They were respectful and professional.

Our Technician showed up 15 mins before scheduled appointment. He said the water heater looked like it might have to be replaced but said he needed to inspect and test a few things before we make that decision. He determined that the water heater needed to be replaced and checked and found that it was still under warranty. He ran back to the shop and brought back a beautiful new RUDD water heater and hooked her up and like in an hour we were enjoying hot water. Tony (I hope that was his name)was not only a great Tech, he is a personable guy and a professional. Diamondback Plumbing is lucky to have him. This is the 2nd time I had DB Plumbing at my home. The 1st call was to clean out a septic thingy. pipe , drain whatever and that Tech was just as great. And by the way the Tech showed at our home within an hour of my call.

Kenny and Mo were great. They re piped my entire house (three bathrooms and kitchen) within the stated time frames and cost. Re-piping is a hassle but they made it work out.

I was extremely impressed with this company. More specifically their technician "Nash" I delt with. The dispatcher was prompt and curtious. Then Nash spent time on the phone with me before coming out to the call to make sure he fully understood the situation and properly advised even before coming out. Upon arrival Nash was knowledgable, professional, efficient and made me comfortable that he was out for my best interest. I will ask for him specifficall and now only use this company for plumbing issues I can not myself fix. If he is a representation of the quality of technicians here I highly recommend this company to anyone!

We called Benjamin Franklin to fix a clogged sewer pipe. Roger with his experience explained the reason for the problem and gave us excellent advice by recommending a hydrojet power clean.The next day, Daniel came out and did a great job in clearing the pipe.I can only recommend this company !

Today Brandon serviced our water softener and reverse osmosis systems. He helped us understand the system better, explained everything as he went along and we were very happy. We will call Parker and Sons again!

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq. I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given. However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off. Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run. I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options. Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday. They showed up on time and got right to work. Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly. I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate. The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route. It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers. The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done. Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning. Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag. It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill! Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well. Thank you!

I really appreciate how timely and communicative they were. I was able to get an appointment very soon after calling them for the first time. They also kept me updated with a reminder the day before, information about who my technician would be, their expected arrival, and they gave me a confirmation call when he was heading over. They also explained the issue, the recommended fix, and afterwards they demonstrated it worked correctly.



My technician, Cameron, also had all around good customer service. He wore booties, asked my preference for knocking every time he needed to come back inside, cleaned up after himself, was polite and even funny, and most importantly my doggies loved him. All around a pleasant experience.

Did an excellent job on installing 3 new bathroom faucets, as well as locating and repairing a pin-hole leak in a wall. Excellent service and clean-up. Will call them when my next plumbing issue arises.

I would definitely recommend Simon. He is very honest, prompt, and reliable. He got my kitchen sink up and working again. I've never had a plumber clean everything up the way he did.
