Great experience with the entire staff! We had a last minute cancellation by another company towards the end of our inspection period and had to find someone last minute that worked on Saturdays. I have been unable to turn off a slow leak in my exterior faucet. My husband has not been well and I tried several options which ended unfavorably for me. After reviewing and estimating the cost, I was unable to pay.There were more issues other than a leaky faucet. My home water pressure test failed. I was very upset. The money was not there for me at the time. This kind man did me a great favor by stopping the leak by adding another faucet at no charge until I can reschedule and have the other work done.It is nice to know that this company values their customers,even before they are. AJ from Wyman plumbing showed up on time was neat and did a great job.Replaced my RO filters,drained the hot water tank,chacked the 3 toilets for leaks and checked the water softener all for $99.

I had Apache install a warranty replaced instant hot water heater that had parts covered but not labor. Another plumber quoted me $2400 for the labor alone. Obviously I got a second opinion from Apache.They did it for over 8 times less.

This company was amazing! Our water heater broke and leaked into our walls at 10pm at night on December 23rd. We called him that night and he came out within 40 minutes to drain our tank and take it down. He then came out the next day, on Christmas Eve, to install the new one. Throughout my experience with him, he was professional and responded so quickly to our emergency situation. He even referred us to a renovation company who came out the same day to dry out the walls and start the repair. This company was very reasonably priced and didn't charge extra for the late night emergency or the holiday weekend. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

James came out to fix a toilet and was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and even though his first diagnosis was not the right one, he kept at it until he found out what needed to be replaced and repaired. I would recommend Prutt's and James.
