Chad did a great job getting a technician to my house on Saturday and Mark did an awesome job installing the new water heater. A total professional job by all involved!!!

My water heater was gushing water and I was told they could not send someone out for almost a week. I found several other plumbers that could make it out the same day or the following. I'm not sure what the issue is here but, a "we can send someone out next week" is an extremely poor customer experience. If they are having some type of staffing issue or covid related problem, they should notify you of that, not act like next week is a respectable answer.

I give these two lousy plumbers 1 star because there wasn't an option to give them none. I called at 12:30 pm and was given an estimated time of 3 to 4:30pm for a call back when the plumber would be on his way. I got a call at 4:29 pm to say a gentleman with a name of Abby was on his way to my residence, and that he was very friendly and a family oriented person. When the person name Juan came to my door and introduced himself I was a bit surprised but okay. He ask what the problem was and I explained that neither my shower nor bathtub were draining. He went down to the front bathroom looked at it and ask if I had power in the bathroom. When I showed him the outlet that I did have, he shook his head and said no that wont work. I said he could run a cord from the living room. He went out to his truck got the electric snake and ran it down the drain. He was at my home for a total of about 30 minutes and gave me a bill for 85 dollars. He probably didn't say more than 15 words to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself each time, as he did not speak English well, and I don't understand Spanish. If you need a plumber because your shower and tub wont drain save your self some time and money and go to Lowes and rent the snake for 50 dollars for a two hour period and do it yourself. The help there will speak your language and not leave you feeling like you have just been scammed. Also these guys don't like to take credit cards, when ask if they take credit cards he said he would prefer a check, my reply was I prefer a credit card, he had to call and have the card taken over the phone. Before posting my comment I called Joe the owner to let him know that I was posting this review and he said oh thank you, when I told him it wasn't a good review he got defensive in my opinion and made comments like that in my mind the service was not good and he had just received a call about how well Juan had done on the last job before coming to my home, I explained that I was not the only one whom had given him a bad review, and for me, in my mind I was the only one who matter.

Corri came out on a Sunday to give an estimate on installing a bathroom faucet. He was on time, very professional and polite. He worked with us on a fair price. We let him install the faucet for us and could not have been happier. We would definitely use Corri again should any plumbing issues arise. Thank you Corri for a job well done!

My bathroom tub and sink were clogged we tried everything couldn’t fix it contacted Simba plumbing and they responded quickly and once they came out he had both the bathtub and sink unclogged within 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs that I might have in the future.

Matt came out on Thanksgiving morning & got my kitchen line cleared before all my guests showed up. He did it quickly & cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Apache Plumbing.

My toilet wouldn't flush completely. Cameron came out within 3 hours of calling. He was professional, efficient and very accommodating. He worked hard to find the problem. The price for his work was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Aussie Plumbing.

Had a technician drive out just to tell me it was going to cost me $350 to find out leak in my pipe never said the cost over the phone prior I will not recommend this company cost me a $75 drive out fee. Very deceptive do not use!

Andrew China, Jason Tharp, and the rest of the Champion team did a great job identifying and resolving my plumbing issue. Although it appeared to be a simple clog / simple fix, it turned out to be bad plumbing issue (bad steel pipe) from my 55 year old house and needed to be replaced. Andrew was professional and worked well with me to minimize the impact to my house and schedule. Even though no one wants to go through a major plumbing issue, the work was done with great quality and I would recommend Champion to others.

Pruitt's came out on time and got our repair done in a friendly and professional way. Jamison and Carey were great techs.

My home was built in 1948 and the old cast iron drain lines under the house were cracking and need to be fixed. After taking bids from other plumbing companies that were only interested in digging up my floors with huge downtime and charging thousands for pipe bursting, I found Peerless. They were recommended by a realtor who sold my next door neighbors house and it was the best recommendation I could have hoped for! Christian came out and scoped our lines, he was much more thorough than the other companies and explained our options. Peerless could reline the old pipes without digging up the floors and Christian walked us through the process , I was impressed and we hired them. I coordinated with Lindsay, she was excellent to work with and communication was above and beyond. When the crew came out to descale the lines to prep for the reline, they were on time, clean, courteous and professional. When Mike and his team came to do the actual reline, they were most excellent as well. On time, professional, knowledgeable, clean and they didn't mind as I watched their work and answered questions without any attitude. Mike, Wyatt and their co-worker (sorry, I cant remember his name!) were great to work with over the two days they were here, I cant say enough about their knowledge and professionalism. Peerless is the ONLY plumbing company you should consider if you need your old cast iron, clay bell, orangeberg and other drain lines relined. They relined both our 3 main lines as well as the 2 kitchen and bath lines. As their shirts says They can do what others can't and ITS TRUE!

Awesome plumber. Does great work at very reasonable prices. Does not do mickeymouse work, and will fix your last plumber's bad job. only people I'll be calling for any plumbing need. ????
