We had a water leak in our front yard, it ended up being the main water line to the house. Our Warranty Company called Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter. I don't think I have ever had such a quick response before from anyone related to house issues. We literally got off the phone with the Warranty Company and within a couple of minutes Moon Valley Plumbing calls us and sets up an appointment for the very next morning. Mark and Cole showed up and took care of our problem promptly. Since the job involved some digging through our winter lawn, it could have gotten quite messy, but Mark and Cole took every care and returned the lawn to its original condition. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem fully.

Great service by Craig and Mike. Fast, professional, clean and over all wonderful. They made our day!!! We have water now!!!

Update from previous rating: well it only took 4 different people to come to the house to figure out what had to happen to stop my floor from trying to erupt! Today 10/26, more than a month later, a supervisor finally came out to check on the issue, it was a quick fix, and certainly not worth all the aggrevation, but they did finally stand behind their word to make things right. This was my original post: I have been waiting for more than a week to find out why a manufactured home does not fit their standards for some of their services. It was good enough for them to install a 10,000 dollar unit, but my floor now rises because they tell me that it was installed wrong five years ago, even though it NEVER happened in that time. I also found out after the fact that my 10 year warranty does not cover labor, which is also an option I was never presented. I am hoping they come up with a solution, or I may need to pursue other options.

Cameron and Franz were both fantastic technicians! Cameron came out right away the first day and diagnosed the problem quickly. Franz came out the next day and finished the job efficiently. Before and during the process, both technicians communicated frequently and purposefully. Cameron, Franz, and The Aussie Plumber office staff were all very professional throughout the process. Noticed my 30 year old Water Heater was leaking and saw major rust around the bottom of the unit. Called NXTLVL they were able to schedule me same day, Alex was at my house in less than 2 hours. Got a great quote, new Water Heater was installed in a couple of hours. Everything was explained and Alex cleaned everything up. They are quick to respond, they do quality work, and they are cheap. I had a leaking pipe by my water meter, I called at 7:30 am they were at my house by 8:30 am, repaired by 9:15 am and very affordable. Phoenix Arizona.

I was very impressed from the very beginning. I usually have to leave several voicemails or messages before I get a call back from other companies, but the staff at Hero picked up the phone the first time I called, and Maura was very helpful. The techs showed up on time as promised and were very thorough. Cristobal, Jose, Joel, Alex and Daniel are all very skilled, professional and they did an EXCELLENT job. I will not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing work I might have in the future.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Customers should be aware of the pricing trap of this business. They do not charge by the hour like most electricians. Rather, you agree to a trip charge and only after the electrician gets there do they show you a flat rate price for a ceiling fan installation. The original operator I called said that she could not provide the price. The electrician did not do any calculations, just swiped until he found fan installation on his IPad and then said that it would cost $345 and take just over a half hour. Unfortunately, we were in a crunch with company coming the next day; otherwise I would have declined and sought another option. I guess the company is counting on the inconvenience factor causing most customers to agree to an artificially high price (you could hire a very good lawyer for that rate). Now all that said, our technician was friendly, competent and efficient. This review is not a knock on him. The pricing system of his employer is not his fault. I have no complaint about the work. It appears to have been done well.

A great bunch of guys. Not just good plumbers, but good people. I know that they do a lot of volunteer work. Keep it up guys.

I consider Tutko an expert in all things plumbing - I have had them help me with a leaky faucet, a drainage/backup issue, and a water heater replacement. Each time they are extremely prompt and professional.

I called Nu Flow Phoenix due to a plumbing emergency... a broken water pipe which they assessed the damage and stated it would cost north of five thousand... to repair a hole in a copper pipe three inches under ground. After hearing the cost I repaired the problem in less than an hour!! Thanks Nu Flow Phoenix for price gouging!!!

I can't say enough good things about the gentleman who came out to help us!! He was friendly and curtious!. He came out to initially take care of a leaky shower that was driving us crazy and ended up fixing a sink we didnt even know was leaking! I will recommend charity plumbing to everyone I can possibly find! Thank you!
