I had no idea that a $69 service fee meant paying their gas. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and told them my sewer line backed up. The person on the phone told me it would be a $69 service fee for the technician to come out. When the tech got here, he had to call someone and ask what to do. Then told me it would be $289 to run a snake down the pipe. I asked what happened to the $69 service fee and he told me that is the price for them to come out with no work done. I was amazed! With companies running a $39 special to snake a sewer line, Ben Franklin Plumbing charges for gas to LOOK at the problem and then adds more on top of that for work. When I called their office, the lady I spoke to tried to tell me the $69 service fee is the tech and equipment in the truck. When I told her he hasn't even used any equipment yet, I am paying for your gas, she said yes. Unbelievable! I will never use Ben Franklin Plumbing again.

Tyler was the tech, very professional and knowledgeable. Another plumbing company sent out a Melvin and he had no idea how to troubleshoot. Tyler identified the problem quickly and found several options for finding the parts that the original manufacturer said were not available. Parts came in, he came right over and put them in and we're good to go. He was very personable and apologized for the parts which were out of his control. Excellent work. Very happy with Parker and Sons and Tyler.

I had a sewer back up in the laundry room sink and Champion scheduled Andrew China to come out same day. He was polite and friendly and explained all my options. He was able to perform the job quickly and also gave great information on the situation.

A real life saver, after dealing with another company through my home warranty company (and after being completely misled and ripped off) I was routed to these guys. This is my second time dealing with this company (the first was for a washing machine hookup repair) and I can say the experience was great! Top notch customer support. Ken went above and beyond to repair the clog in the main line. Even after he told us we needed to get the town to come find our sewage port, he came back that same day and tried again with a larger snake, it did the trick and the clog was gone. Unfortunately the reason for the clog was found out to not be covered under warranty, but nonetheless, Pruitt's was fantastic with their service! (Still gonna have the town come out and find that port! Thanks for letting us know that the town provides that service free of charge!)

Peerless relined our cast iron sewer lines. They were great people to work with on this project. The guys were very polite and professional. I needed a plumber in the early evening and thought it would be hard to find one. When I called All Hours Plumbing the girl I spoke to was so nice and assured me the plumber would be in touch shortly. Sure enough, James came almost immediately. He was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable from the start to the finish of the job, explaining everything along the way. Mike Fetters and another employee came out to work on our air conditioner unit. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They repaired the unit which was covered under warranty, answered our questions and left everything clean and in place. We purchased our unit from George Brazil several years ago and have been very happy with the unit and the continual service that has been covered under warranty.. We have been extremely happy with George Brazil and their service men. We highly recommend their air conditioning service to anyone.
