Colin came out to my home and tried to get my kitchen sink unblocked. It was a no go and a clean out needed to be installed. Colin was able to come out the next day and got it all fixed up. I called at 8 am in the morning because I had water coming through the floor. Mark came out found a broken pipe in the wall and spend all afternoon fixing it. He did an amazing job!! Mark also set me up with a great company who came out the same day to assess the damage to my wall and floor.

I called Parker & Sons today my AC wasn’t working on the first warm day of the season. This winter I had inadvertently turned off the breaker switch. And had forgotten to flip it back. So the service man came out and determined the problem.and flipped it back. Problem solved. I had thought it would show some class and PR not to charge me. But since I had agreed to the service call price of $95, of course I was charged and paid this price. I doubt a smaller company would have charged me this fee, but not Parker And Sons, was charged the full price. How about building some nice customer relationships? Will remember this, Have a nice evening.

Paul Becklund was our plumber and he was on time, prepared and saved the day as we had multiple jobs going on at the same time. All needed water.
