We had an appointment for a Friday afternoon, our A/C not working because of thermostat issue, weather was very hot. They called us the evening before, said they could send someone over shortly, at no extra cost! The problem was fixed quickly and about 16 hours sooner than expected. We were very happy!

Very disappointed at the guy that came out, my husband asked him to go through the main drain like the other guy did a year and a half ago and this guy acted like he didn't want to be here and hurried through his job and I still have a clogged drain and no money to call another plumber. My husband is laid off of work and I am not working. So I wasted money on on something that did not get done properly. Have no idea what we are going to do now. Thanks for nothing major drain. Very disappointed and didn't even leave a receipt! Was only here less than an half hour. Like I said he acted like he didn't want to be here and hurried through the job and wouldn't go through the main drain like we asked. I most certainly will not recommend this company at all. Very dissatisfied customer!

We've been ServiceOne customers for a few years. The techs are cordial, but Steve B left an impression on my family and I that we won't soon forget. I'm no electrician, plumber, etc. However, Steve took me to school and educated me on a level that I could understand. He was extremely knowledgeable in his profession, down to earth, but not arrogant. We have a South African Boerboel (rare breed) who doesn't like strangers, but he loved Steve. This guy made quite the impression on my entire family, including the dog! LOL! He is an outstanding guy and definitely a great representative of your company!Thanks Steve!

Absolutely awesome service! Justin and Vincent were in and out in 20 minutes! Changed out the broken shut off valve and flapper cleaned up beautifully and all within 4 hours of my call! I just love these guys!

Dillon was excellent, friendly and was great with my loud crazy dog. He was informative and efficient. My compressor wasn't working and he put in a capacitor. I'm not sure if the price was all that great but it is fixed and Burton's customer service is great. I also emailed office about the 15% for VIP customers and the office called right away and stated when they input the price VIP customers will automatically get that discount.

I had an unfortunate experience with a drain in our bathroom double sink vanity. I caused the ring around the plunger to dislodge and the sink ended up leaking underneath. I ended up getting new faucets and called Lawrence Plumbing. They were very accommodating time wise, very professional, and ended up replacing some shut offs that were leaking but not noticeable—yet. Quality work for sure. I am sure it saved us money and much more repair by the person catching the leak when he did. A previous time they repaired a leak in the toilet on our main floor where the mechanics inside had deteriorated, needed replacing, and were causing a very high sewer bill. They got there the same day. Very much appreciated. Good job.

I found myself in a panic the day before Thanksgiving. My toilet had broken and I didn't have the time to fix it before my company arrived later in the afternoon. I had called several Large plumbers in the area who didn't have any appointments available until the following week. I took a shot and called Gretna Plumbing & Drain Services. I did get voicemail, however was called back immediately by the owner himself. He promised that someone would be out to help even if it was himself to come and get my guest bathroom up and running. He called back within 20 minutes and said he had a guy coming out within an hour. The repair was quick and so very much appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to understand my circumstances instead of just thinking of me as a number. I will definitely call again in the future!
