Rob and his crew were subs on a larger multi-bathroom remodel project. What started as simple showers and toilets evolved into also replacing water heater with a tankless system and the installation of a water softener. We also discovered non-conformal plumbing issues (old house) that really needed to be addressed while we had the walls and floors opened up. Rob's team did a beautiful job re-piping old undersized pipe, completely replacing old cast iron and galvanized waste pipes, and installing the new tankless unit, toilets, shower valves, faucets, etc.
Would highly recommend Lawrence Plumbing for any of your needs and will use them in the future for maintenance and any other projects I may have.

Called Rob about a valve problem in our bathroom. He was able to send someone out the next day. I was worried the valve would need to be replaced, but he explained what was likely the problem and had it fixed in no time! I would definitely recomend them.

I had a collapsed gas line from the meter to my home that stretched about 10 feet underground. Owner of Lawrence Plumbing replaced the whole line at a reasonable cost BUT there was a few issues after it was said and done. They didn’t put the gas line that came out of the ground near my home back in the original spot, it was about another foot farther away from home, it looks terrible and is more vulnerable to damage now. They took my pipe covers that protect it from weed whackers, lawn mowers or other possibly damaging elements and refused to give them back even though their shop is 5 minutes away from my home. Which is technically stealing and could have filed a police report. They destroyed my yard in the area they dug the trench for the line and left a large dirt pile and a significantly high dirt line down the 10 foot stretch. Lastly, I recorded the amount of time they were on the job through the camera on my home and he charged me for an extra hour of labor. All of these issues I brought up in a phone call the same day the work was done and the owner made excuses to fix any of the issues. I made two more attempts to get my issues fixed and all were ignored. I would’ve paid more money for better service especially for how polite and understanding I was during the whole process. If the issues were fixed I wouldn’t be here posting a negative review.

My wife and I called with a slight plumbing emergency in our kitchen. We called the office and two plumbers came over within an hour and had our problem fixed in 30 minutes. Great service and great plumbers!

Had an awesome experience with John and Jay. I needed my water heater replaced and they came same day. They gave me estimate and also installed same day. John explained how the new one worked and any future maintenance that would be needed for longer life. awesome!

We use Eddy Z for literally anything and everything. We flip about two houses a month he is always there when we need him, always on time and everything is always up to code and passes inspections. Not only that but eddys not like your regular plumber he's a cool plumber, someone who actually cares about what they're doing and the people he's working with! 10/5 stars id recommend them all day everyday no questions asked. even though we want him for us only lol

I had an unfortunate experience with a drain in our bathroom double sink vanity. I caused the ring around the plunger to dislodge and the sink ended up leaking underneath. I ended up getting new faucets and called Lawrence Plumbing. They were very accommodating time wise, very professional, and ended up replacing some shut offs that were leaking but not noticeable—yet. Quality work for sure. I am sure it saved us money and much more repair by the person catching the leak when he did. A previous time they repaired a leak in the toilet on our main floor where the mechanics inside had deteriorated, needed replacing, and were causing a very high sewer bill. They got there the same day. Very much appreciated. Good job.
Had Lawrence Plumbing replumb my entire home which was built in 1961! We had the old steel piping which in some places was almost completely corroded shut due to calcium build up! Replaced it all with copper in efficient, timely manner! Lawrence Plumbing comes with my highest rating and recommendation!
Great service! I am having floors installed and the dishwasher began leaking after it was pulled out. I called in the morning and Rob was able to come out that afternoon to fix the hose that got kinked. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Love the service! We had a mysterious problem with water hammer. John & Jay knew immediately what was wrong. After fixing it temporarily they provided two solution paths to choose from.
Once we accepted the solution the scheduling was awesome. They even found a slot to get us in early. The work was very well done!!! John & Jay are also so much fun to work with. They care about making sure everything is just right.

Lawrence Plumbing is not only professional and easy to work with, but the owner is a really kind man. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we needed several things done in a short amount of time and this company went above and beyond to help. They came and started work the very day we called and then squeezed us in over the next few days to get everything taken care of. Even though he was squeezing us in around other jobs, I never had a call or text unanswered; very responsive owner. Lastly, pricing was in line with other companies who quoted us but couldn’t get here in time. Highly recommend!

My hot water heater went out today, I called Lawrence Plumbing and they responded right away, talked me through the process and prices, and were able to help me issue and fix it already this afternoon. They called back later to make sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and friendly, and cleaned up every bit of the work mess.

Rob has installed a shower for us last year with the latest Moen innovation the U.by Moen. It is wonderful. And this year he and his crew installed a gas line and completed the plumbing on our new kitchen sink and countertop. Rob is a terrific professional and does the very best work. We needed a gas line in the kitchen to upgrade to a gas range. Rob answered my call immediately and was able to come out and do an estimate within an hour. He educated me on the best route to take and gave me a no B.S. accurate and reasonable estimate with options. He and his team were able to come the very next day to accomplish the work and did so in a clean, efficient, and safe manner. While they were here and the area was exposed, they recommended that they re-route and modernize my ice maker supply lines as well, which was a welcome recommendation, because it had actually split and leaked just last year. They removed the poorly routed slow flow 1/8 plastic tubing and tied into the copper supply lines with a more direct and clean route and gave me a wall recessed shut-off valve behind the fridge with a good wire braided hose. Our cups have never filled this quickly before! Rob and his team (Jay and Eddie) were top notch professionals and I will use Lawrence Plumbing in the future as my go-to guys.
Lawrence Plumbing did a wonderful job installing a new water heater for my home. They were informative and courteous both during my estimate, and later when installing. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs.

We had problems with our water softener and couldn't get anyone to come out and help. Called Rob with Lawrence Plumbing and he came out to look at what we had going on and quickly stepped in to access our situation and we tried a few things. Next morning checked on it and it was working as it should. Until he came out to help we had gone almost 6 months without a water softener, wish there were more plumbers like Rob out there. We will definitely use him from now on for all our plumbing needs and would highly recommend him to anyone out there in need of a good plumber.

Let’s face it, having work done to your home is stressful, Lawrence Plumbing helped to ease that stress. For years we have wanted to convert from an all electric range to a gas top range. Lawrence plumbing helped us do just that, they installed a manifold system for us and ran a line to the oven. We were able to upgrade to a nice dual fuel range. Our 40-gallon water heater was also nearing the end of its life span so we upgraded to a 50-gallon. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism the guys had, they explained everything clearly, and made sure we were happy in the end. Thank you, for all you do!

The guys from Lawrence Plumbing did an excellent job on a semi-complicated ask as part of a remodeling project we were doing. The work was clearly done with a craftsman's care and looks good enough to make us upset to cover it up behind drywall. They were on time each day and took care to make sure our dogs didn't escape as they were in and out. They also took initiative and went above and beyond by correcting a couple issues we didn't know were there. Overall Great WORK we defiantly found our permanent plumbing company. Thanks guys! Went with Lawrence Plumbing due to their outstanding reviews and always love to support local, small businesses. Communication was excellent from my first phone call to arrange a quote all the way through finish which was speedy and excellent quality. We went with the AO Smith tankless water heater and Halo 5 whole home water treatment system after consultation with Jeramiah, John Paul, Jay and Ed. So glad we took their expert advice! We previously had a water tank, a stand alone RO system and carbon filter. We are so happy with our new, clean, alkaline water throughout the house and more excited about the low maintenance and high efficiency systems we had installed. In seconds, we have instant hot water which is never ending out of every faucet. John Paul and Jay were fun to work with yet professional at the same time. We had numerous questions and they were answered quickly and with so much knowledge. We like to know the why as well and they had that so we knew we were working with knowledgeable professionals. They did 3 things. Installed a new sump pump and fixed the piping to it going outside, they put in a new utility sink with faucet and lowered a faucet in the utility room for the sprinkler system that was 9 ft up in the ceiling. They were on time, very professional, cleaned up after themselves and explained and showed me what they did. True to estimate price. They did not try to upsell anything. Everything came with worry free warranty. I will definitely use them again when I remodel my bathroom.
I had Lawrence Plumbing come out to re-seat a toilet and replace securing hardware, also fix a slow leak at the valve coming in from the mainline water. They did great work, fully answered any of my questions, and honest about the work that needed to be done. I'll use Lawrence Plumbing for any other future needs that come up!

I had such a great experience with Lawrence Plumbing, I finally found “my plumber”. Robert was super responsive to texts and calls and was able to squeeze me in during pseudo emergency (hot water heater gone out).
While the parts were not easy to find he kept me up today on the ordering, shipping and delivery of them till they arrive. He was even a pleasure to talk with while he was working. The house was not left a mess after he left and he was even ok with the pups. I am not even concerned about the next plumbing issue that comes up cause I know I will be able to rely on Lawrence Plumbing.
