These guys are amazing!!!! Never thought I would say that about a plumber. The two guys were so kind, friendly, and really explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. They went above and beyond even on the little things and questions I had. Would absolutely use them again if we need a plumber.

The plumber was early and didn’t take long to replace our outside faucet.

Paul is always great. He’s a master of his craft. His associates are also fantastic at what they do.

Giustino was great to work with! We had one major issue with the faucet in our shower. (we also had a few other minor issues) He quickly gave us an estimate and started work. Upon completion, he explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. (in terms I could understand.

Paul and his folks are consummate professionals, very responsive and I've always been satisfied with every aspect of their service.

We needed a faucet replaced but added a toilet repair to the work order. They got behind on another job so asked to reschedule. Since the toilet was leaking profusely, Paul and his crew came late to repair the toilet. They fixed the leak, replaced the broken float, reset it and made it quieter. Then three days later they returned to install the faucet. While there they reminded us that the upstairs toilet needed to be reset due to shoddy work by vinyl flooring installers. They reset that toilet, screwed it to the floor (it had been loose for 3 years), then replaced pvc drain pipes from the toilet that were loose and unattached to the main stack. None of this work could have been done by me! It is wonderful to have true professionals do things well. These are the 4th & 5th things they have done for us. Always done well, always professional. Recommend!!!!

We needed a valve replaced for our sprinkler system. Paul and his team were able to come quickly and finish the job quickly for a fair price. We will call Paul for any future plumbing issues we may have.

Paul the Plumber is an excellent plumbing service. First of all, someone was at the phone to answer when I called for an appointment. Second, Paul arrived even earlier than the expected time, which kept me from waiting. Third, he was competent and wasted no time in replacing worn parts to my toilets, my sink drain, and garbage disposal. Fourth, he replaced only the bad parts and did not require replacement of entire mechanisms, which saved me time and money. And lastly, he was in and out in record time because he knew what he was doing. To top it off, Paul was friendly and left me confident that I could put Paul the Plumber in my file as a reliable service that I could call on in the future and that I could refer to other homeowners.

Wow!! Giustino has helped us with several projects. He is fabulous as are all of the plumbers we’ve dealt with from Paul the Plumber. So nice and easy to work with and their work is flawless! We needed them to install shut-off valves when we were told ours didn’t work so our washer/dryer couldn’t be installed and were just left in the garage. They DID work so Giustino also installed our washer and dryer, saving us from having to wait a couple more days to get the delivery folks back out here. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Overall very pleased with our experience. Very good service. Friendly staff. I thought $265 was a bit high to hook up a gas line on our new stove. But they also moved our old stove out of the house.

Paul did a R&R of a section of 2 and 3 pvc along with replacing the toilet and shower drains. He was on time, worked through some issues, and communicated them effectively. He's a meat and potatoes kind of contractor that gets the job done without excuses. Very happy with the results, that look good. He provided a 2 year warranty on leaks and workmanship. No leaks so far!

Paul and his team did a nice job installing a gas line and gas cooktop. They were able to install the gas line on the exterior of the house which eliminated the need for drywall repair. We're very happy with their work.

The plumbers were on time did the replacement of the water heater in a timely manner and explained what was going on and asked permission to make a few minor adjustments so the water lines and vent would fit. cleaned up the area and made sure I knew how the new water heater worked.
