Kudos for sticking to it. I had a seats and springs issue. We used my parts I had. There were 2 faucets that needed them but only had time for 1 faucet fix as it took a bit longer than expected and he had other appointments. After 2 hours of trying myself I gave up. 130.00 should have been enough to put 2 in but at least the tub is now usable. Thank you. Rich Fabian.

These guys came out and hydro-jetted my main line. I had serious root problems which was causing water to settle and back-up in my basement. They showed me a before and after video of exactly what the inside of my pipes look like, and I can attest that after hydro-jetting it looked like a brand new pipe. I would absolutely recommend making the investment and getting your main line jetted if you have an old house or live around lots of trees. You will rid yourself of problems for half a decade.

The guys who did it were very nice, professional, cool dudes too so that was a plus. Major thanks to Collin, Justin and 1 other guy who I can't remember the name of (sorry)!

Alan D called before arriving, showed up on time, explained the process and findings, conducted his work, didn't leave debris in our home or yard and was pleasant and customer focused. A true Service One professional.

Woke up to NO hot water on my first day back to work!! Called Backlund Plumbing told them what I thought the problem was (gas control valve) for which they quoted me $195 for the part outrageous since it cost $35 new! Did a little more research - changed my diagnosis to thermocouple, but could not find a price for it on line. Tech (Dan) confirmed my suspicions and replaced the thermo-couple, charged me $20 for the part, their standard fee of $95/hour. TOTALLY EXCELLENT work.

Oops! Found out later that the thermocouple cost $7.00!! Still a lot better than paying $195 for a part that I didn't need, but darn the mark up bandits!! Why does it have to be 3X or more than the actual cost?? BTW, they do HONOR the MILITARY.

I didn’t get called before they showed up. I asked for pricing upfront and was told it depends. I get that to an extant, but i don’t see why it can’t be ballparked. I said I would 2 drains that needed to be looked at. She told me they had a fee of $99 for drain opening. Yeah, $99 per drain. That should have been explained up front. I’ve had other companies come out and do multiple drains for one price. I was a little disappointed at the “gotcha” once they were here. To be fair, they did get our drain open, so they did what they were paid to do.
