Best Kitchen Sink Clogged in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Bill is amazing! I have had him come out 3 times now, once for a drain clog, once for preventative maintenance and the third time because I forgot about the preventative maintenance appointment and then needed him to come out for my laundry room flooding. Bill has always responded promptly, has shown up got right to work, explained everything about the situation so I knew what was going on. He is quick, reliable and affordable. The initial sticker shock for the cost was the worst part of the adventure. I asked the scheduler for a range of pricing to which they bailed and said the plumber would have to access. It's a clogged drain - seriously - that's why you call Roto-Rooter , not advanced mechanical plumbing! I feel that if they would have quoted me the $380 price tag for a basic job right off the bat I would either 1) not have scheduled the appointment or been at a lower risk for heart attack having time to digest that $ amount before the appointment. This puts undue pressure and reaction on the plumber /consumer and that just felt shady and completely unnecessary.My repairmen were very professional, they did a great job, were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. As soon as I figure out which organ I am going to have to sell to pay for this, I'll feel much better.

We were having plumbing issues, with water all over in our basement. Raymond sent one of their experts (Mike), to troubleshoot and fix it, only to find out our main sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced.

Eric and Josh arrived a couple of days later to replace the sewer line by boring under our sidewalk, concrete steps, and deck to replace the broken line. Our backyard was barely disturbed at all. Plumbing was restored on day 2. Dirt holes were filled and properly tamped, and concrete in the basement replaced on day 3. These guys were awesome! Truly nice guys that answered all my questions and made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and proficiency.

The young man that repaired my faucet was exceptional!

I had two other plumbers come out to snake my drain. Nothing was working. Ron Peterson came out to hydro Jet my main line. He initially pushed the clog forward but was stopped. He did not give up. He went above and beyond and went down in the city man hole and poked out the clog that was stuck at the end of our line. The drains are perfect and I can now use everything in my house again. 10/10 recommend Ron from Omaha Drain.
