Tariq did an awesome job installing our new dishwasher. He even gave a recommendation beyond the normal scope to level the system, which no previous tech had ever recommended. Great job Tariq! (The lowes / factory installer put us off for 3 weeks but ASAP was super fast.)

They came to my home to give me an estimate for hooking up a new kitchen sink. Including putting together the new sink together and one shut off valve. A 400.00 dollar service from any other company I spoke with and that was the high side of them. The estimate he gave me was for 1235.00 a complete rip off never use this company. They want me to pay 149.00 for an estimate. He was at my home less than 5 minutes and not a tool used are you kidding. What a joke. I didn't realize they would be 4 times higher than any other plumber. What a complete scam I bet they just make money from the estimates and never actually do any work.
I would like to ad that after posting this review they had me call the office manager who was not in. The assistant manager did end up waiving the fee. I was told the new program they are using is sometimes not good.

Cesar was punctual, professional, honest and kind. He even let my son hold the flashlight for him while he took apart our dryer, which totally made his day! Will definitely call ASAP with any future appliance needs.

I called ASAP to fix a washing machine. Ryan was on time. Used booties to protect the carpet. Got right to work and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional. I will call them again.

Very pleasant experience. Call for service on washing machine around 9:00AM. Appt set for from 3 to 5 the same day (Monday 6/19/2017). Shane called a little after 2 that he was on the way. Shane & Dave arrived in good time. Very pleasant, got right to work, discovered our problem, left to get a part, returned in a timely manner and fixed our machine. I would highly recommend ASAP based on the exceptional service of these two men.

We recently had our dryer break down. ASAP was wonderful to work with. When we called in for service, Taylor was so nice and understanding to our needs. She dealt with our appliance warranty company, and got them moving faster on our claim When our service tech Ryan showed up, he was very polite and knowledgeable. I was charged over $300 for a technician to tighten a belt on my dryer and to screw a bolt down on my washer. When I called to ask about the charges, and I was told I would get a $30 refund (I'm still waiting to receive the refund). Six weeks later, my dryer still doesn't work. When I called ASAP, I was told they only give a 30-day guarantee. I will be calling another company to hopefully get it fixed right this time.

Mike and Cesar were amazing ! They came out on a Friday evening, fixed the machine, and they realized it needed a part they didn't have so they went to the hardware store and were back within a half an hour and had it running. It was way above and beyond what I expected them to do. We were very grateful to have such wonderful service. I will for sure use them again if I need another repair on another appliance. My family will be moving in just a couple of weeks and, of course, the fridge stopped cooling. I called ASAP on Friday evening and Shane came out to our house the following day. He recommended replacing the affected assembly as the best long-term solution, but when we told him we were moving soon, he offered to try to defrost the unit and get it working again. THEY WERE HIRED TO UNCLOG A TOILET. 245 DOLLARS AND 2 VISITS LATER, THE TOILET WAS STILL CLOGGED. HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW TOILET BECAUSE THE WATER PRESSURE WAS LOW. PLUMBING 101, MY BROTHER IN LAW AND I USED A SNAKE AND FOUND A PLASTIC SPOON.THE TOILET WORKS JUST FIND NOW. I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO ASAP PLUMBING TWICE, BUT THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK. JUST BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Shane was very polite, seem to know what was wrong almost immediately and got the dryer running, but it needed a thermo fuse which was not on the truck to get the gas to flow so he stated he should be able to get the part monday and put on and do a final check to mske sure nothing else is needed.

Cesar actually came earlier than scheduled after calling ahead which worked out great. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He tackled the job and gave what I feel was an honest estimate.
If I need future work I would call ASAP again and ask for him.

My dishwasher would not drain properly. I called ASAP Appliance & Plumbing Services & they came out promptly. Ryan(749343) diagnosed the problem but had to order a part. The part came in and he was ready to replace it within 3 days. Unfortunately I was called out of town & had to postpone. I made an appointment for the day i returned & he replaced the part. Ryan was very efficient & careful to clean up everything and my dishwasher is running fine now.

Called ASAP to repair leaking water from water filter housing. Cesar came out very quickly and replaced the water filter housing. The bypass from water filter was not sealing properly. It is one that automatically bypasses when there is no filter, it doesn’t take a plug. We have a house water filter and don’t use the refrigerator filter. Extremely polite and made sure to keep our floors clean. Very thoughtful man and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend ASAP.

Our 5-yr Refrigerator gave out over Thanksgiving Weekend and no other metro area company would not come out as we didn’t have a contract with them; whereas ASAP ensured a technician would be over ASAP! Although the refrigerator was comprised, John was very professional and considerate in recommending options.

I called this company for my washer that was coming up an error. I have a 3 week old and the washing is very important. They came and “fixed” the problem but only a month or so later it was having the same problems. They tried to up sell me a pump so I had I local business come out and they had only cleaned out
what was clogged that as still in there from before we purchased the unit. I was also informed that I just needed a gas-get ring. Originally a $50 part that they were trying to sell us a $350 pump. VERY UNHAPPY!! Do not use service.

I have an elderly friend who called in a panic on a Saturday morning because her refrigerator was not working. After some research (thanks, Google) I suggested she call ASAP Applianace. Shawn was at her house within a half hour that same morning, found and repaired the issue, cleaned the refrigerator coils and the back of it and was finished all within an hour of the original call. This is amazing customer service and I will gladly recommend ASAP to anyone who needs appliance repair.

I have never seen a plumbing company make as many screw ups as I watched them work. 2 weeks on a small remodel, the work was done over and over making the same mistakes and can't finish work. Can't show up on time ,when they do they leave as fast as they show up. Billed me 3 times for rework they couldn't get right. Family owned by Sean and his wife. Sean makes service field calls and will make it right no matter how many trips it may take. When you want to dispose of your old appliances, they will take them from your home. They state that they will pay you for your old appliances, however they took two of mine and never reimbursed me for it, wven though I called several times to inquire about it, Sean was always busy with another customer.

Shane has serviced our appliances on several occasions. He is very knowledgeable and competent about his job, which in turn makes me trust him on fixing our appliances. He is also very personable and friendly which makes an unpleasant situation (broken appliance needing to be fixed$$$) a little more tolerable. We will always request Shane when we need something fixed!

Outrageous price - spent 20 minutes at our house to remove a spoon that had fallen into the lint collecter and charged $225. Customer service person was completely unapologetic and could care less that they charged us half the price of a new dryer for 20 minutes of work.

Superb is the only way to describe these guys. The office staff is polite and very caring. The tech they assigned me - Chris M. is very talented and did tons of work for me. He installed a new hot water heater, new water softener, new RO system in my kitchen and unscrambled the goofing plumbing in my house - all in one day. He is pleasant, talented - even my dog likes him and my dog doesn't like anybody. I would recommend this group and Chris M. without reservation.

Shane was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, very professional, and friendly. Would gladly use the service again. The company had a wide range of appointment times and days to accommodate different work schedules. They also kept me updated on when Shane had completed prior service and when he was in direct route to my home. If I were to required to provide an area of improvement, the only small thing that I might say is they could provide an approximate drive time between prior call and my house.

If you like paying high prices for service of your dryer/washer then this is the place for you.

Fee structure was not revealed to me -I did ask- even though staff knew it was two machines. The owner of the company Shawn serviced our washer and dryer. His fees are $69.99 first machine trip fee, $39.99 second machine trip fee, and a $99.99 minimum labor charge PER MACHINE. Thats right, he charges two trip fees and two minimum labor fees, one for each machine. We complained about paying two trip fees for one trip and about his opening a fresh hour of labor for the second machine, he did take the trip fees off the bill. We still ended up paying $99.99 for his ten minutes on the washer and another $99.99 for his ten minutes with the dryer.

I expect a trip fee and an hourly labor fee but not doubled because it's two machines. I would have hired someone else if true fee structure was revealed during my initial inquiry and I might not have felt so ripped off if the repairs took an hour on each machine. Would not recommend this place to a friend.

I called ASAP and they came out very quickly. My oven wasn’t getting hot. On Tuesday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, which arrived yesterday. Today Robert came back and installed all the new parts. He was very professional and courteous and my appliance is now working again. I am very pleased with the service I received from ASAP. I had a problem with my stove that I could not diagnose so I called this company take a look at it. I had to leave for a little while and when I got back the technicians were gone, it looked like they removed two screws from the back of my stove and then just bent the panels out of the way. They had remove the schematic envelope and then just set it aside, there was one screw completely gone. This was far from professional service I work for a management company and have several contractors that I call on exclusively this will not be one of them.

A good friend of mine suggested I give these guys a call when my tankless water heater went out, I had, had, someone from another company come out barely look at it and tell me within seconds that's it was an old model they don't know how to service and that I would need a new one. Then my friend gave me ASAP info and I spoke with a super friendly knowledge tech who talked to me longer about the problem then the guy who came to the house! He got someone to come out and remove and install a new water heater the next day! They truly lived up to their name. Chris was super friendly and easy to talk to, worked really hard on it and had my hot water restored in an afternoon. The following Monday I spoke with a super nice lady about my invoice and paying my down payment and she was genuinely interested in how everything was working and made sure that I was satisfied with the service before we even talked about money. I can't speak highly enough of this company and will use them for any issues that arise down the road.

The technician showed up, poked my fridge a couple times and told me to keep an eye on it and not to buy any milk. He said he needed to bring out a senior tech. Two days later he shows up with the senior tech. They both poke my fridge a couple more times and then tell me they will call me with pricing. I never get a call back. I call the office and they tell me the parts (which I never knew the price of or approved the ordering of) are in. Basically my fridge has been out for 8 or 9 days now and I have to start all over with someone else. Never use this company.

Cesar came to our house fixed the stove and he gave the best customer service I have ever experienced. The stove stopped working again the same day and he returned and fixed it again and stayed to make sure it would continue to work. The lady that answers the phone needs customer service training, so rude. And Sean came first appointment, said he didn't have the tools for the job, took pictures of where I needed the dishwasher installed. An hour and a half into the second appointment scheduled window, I got a call from the rude customer service lady saying that they are unable to do the job. What a waste of time and money. Don't use these guys. How it took 2 days for them to contact me to tell me they can't do the job is unbelievable.

I’m writing this post to speak of my recent experience with ASAP Plumbing and their technician Chris.  I recently had Chris out to look at my dishwasher and some issues I was having along with replacing a disposal.  We inevitably needed to have our dishwasher replaced do an unfortunate experience with another contractor.  When NFM came to install the dishwasher, they were unable to do so because, as they explained it to me, the water source to the dishwasher had been removed by whomever replaced our disposal.  I reached back out to ASAP Plumbing to have someone come back out a fix the initial job.  I indicated that I would not be paying for a service that I already paid for but was my understanding not completed correctly.  Now I am not a licensed plumber, so I am only going off what someone else is telling me.  When Chris was on his way to look at what was going on, he became VERY argumentative that what I was told was not correct.  He was argumentative to the point where I felt attacked and did not make me feel comfortable allowing him into my home as I was alone.  I then spoke with Taylor about getting someone else out to my house to resolve this issue.  Again, I explained that I would not pay for a service that I have already paid for but if in fact this was something totally different, I would be willing to pay for a new service.  I tried to explain that again I have no technical experience and going back in forth about a drain or pipe means nothing to me.  After multiple calls, lacking empathy, patience and general customer service, I decided to cut my losses and will try and find someone else to fix or finish installing my new dishwasher.  Hugely disappointed in the lack of service this company provided even more than that is that they allow their technicians to speak to their customers in a way that makes them feel unsafe and vulnerable in their own home.  Because of the argumentative nature of the representatives I interacted with I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Chris is a very knowledgeable Plummer, he is polite, honest, and trust worthy, Chris and Melody were very helpful in getting to the problem in restoring bath tub and all new piping. I would highly recommend ASAP Plumping Services!

UPDATED: After posting a 1 star review less than 24 hours ago due to some problems we were having with ASAP, ASAP has fixed and installed our new bathtub and shower. There was an issue with our drain that came up during the installation, but they were able to quickly resolve them and gave us a large discount due to the delays, for which we are very thankful. The quality of their work is great, and our new bathtub and shower look great. Although we were upset with ASAP, they ended up responding to our complaint quickly and still provided high quality work. Their customer service to address and resolve our problems was great, and I'm very thankful to have stuck with them to finish the job.

I have a 6-week old baby and my fridge stopped working. I called several places in town, all of whom couldn’t fit me I until a week+ out. I called ASAP and they scheduled me for a few days out. However, bc they knew I had a new baby and was pumping they came out that day and fixed it! Communication was great and the technician was very friendly/professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong, went and got the part and came back to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend!

So this was a good experience AND a horrible experience. So, I just moved in to a new apartment and was having issues with the oven and the toilet from the very first day. So, I had two different servicemen out at two different times. So, the 1st one, I think his name was Elijah, was an absolute joy to work with. He came to look at the stove. He was pleasant polite, professional, and helpful. The plumber though, I think maybe his name was John, was a completely rude jerk. I explained that it didnt seem to be flushing properly from the beginning and i was having to plunge it 10-15 times PER DAY. Eventually, the plunging wasn't doing the trick. He accused me of putting baby wipes in the toilet. I assured him I had not. I dont have a baby and dont even OWN any wet ones. I tried to think of anything else it could have been. We had some paper towels. I used some cleaning wipes. I hadn't put either of these in the toilet tho. He just kept trying to argue and insist that I had put baby wipes in the toilet. The problem was there when I moved in though, so I'm not sure how I put the non-existent baby wipes in the toilet BEFORE I moved in. I am 54 years old and I dont need a 22 yr old try to explain to me how toilets work. I did my absolute best not to go Karen on the guy. Then, as he was leaving, he insisted it was fixed and reminded me not to flush baby wipes. I bit my tongue wished him a good day and shut the door. Three hours later, the toilet was back to not working properly AGAIN. And I still dont own any baby wipes. 🤷🏽‍♀️
p.s. i called and the receptionist said she would pass it on to her supervisor. its been a full week. no one ever called. meanwhile, the issue is right back to where it was before. And i still dont have any wet ones in my house. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Our fridge stopped cooling altogether Saturday evening & we reached out to ASAP Sunday morning. They sent a tech out to take a look at the issue. He was on time & professional. Within about 45 minutes we were back up & running again.

Ryan did an exemplary job in fixing our 12 year old front loading washer. We were happy to get an appt. quickly and to have the parts arrive on the second day. He returned the washer to its exact position upon completion of the work. So happy to be back in business.

Couldn't be more happy with the plumbing service ASAP provides. I called them on a Wednesday night and the woman who made my appointment was very sweet and scheduled me for the next day between 12-2. So right away I was happy I didn't have to wait days. Dave was my plumber he called me at 12:10 and was there by 12:30, definitely the nicest plumber I've ever met. He really knew what he was talking about and had my problem fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

Great Service

I’ve never felt so taken advantage of...we had a heating element go out in our dryer. The element is a $40 part. I couldn’t be home during the repair because of work obligations. My wife was home during the repair and was charged $345 for a few minutes of work. I wouldn’t ever recommend ASAP to anyone after this experience.

Shawn with ASAP Plumbing rescued me two years ago when four other plumbers were not interested in plumbing my son's house because of the inspector in the neighborhood. I refer him often and he never makes me look bad. I needed my sewer drains cleaned and a camera ran down them and Chris (Shawn's employee) did a great job cutting out tree roots in the line Monday and suggested that I have them water jetted to really get them clean. They did the water jetting today. I am very happy with ASAP Plumbing! (And I am very picky about workmanship!)

Prices on used appliances are like 20% cheaper than brand new. Once you find that out and realize new is a better value, you will cancel. They will charge you a 20% restocking fee without it being loaded on the truck or even being staged for delivery. Then you will have to proactively call them back in order to get your refund. I cannot speak for their repairs; but their sales are a joke! Save your money and buy new at a box store. You will be better off. And just go there before hand to save yourself 20% of the sale price for no reason other than greed.

The work that was done was great I have no problems with that. Although I am a repeat customer and I've never had a problem with this company before. But when I was told on the phone that I would receive $20 off the work that was being done and also the Price of the service call would go towards fixing the problem if I went with a set again. Well when I was billed the service call had its own fee the parts and labor head its own fee and they were added to gether to give me one total. I only received $10 . But I could never say anything bad about the work that the do. I am always happy with it. Was expecting a bill of about 170 at most cause I knew what was wrong. But bill was about 270... not happy but needed it fixed... so will still Recommend them to anyone who need something fixed I will just remind you to check your receipt against what you're told on the phone.

We ask for the money back and he refused to refund the money, we called his plumber who pulls his permits, and told him we are going to take his bond and Insurance from him and he would lose his license
So he called shawn and shawn told the plumber he would not refund the money, he would rather have a man who is doing a job for him lose his way of making a living than pay back some money.

Cesar was the technician assigned to repair my dishwasher. He was very friendly, pleasant, and we had great conversation while he worked to repair my dishwasher. He was absolutely efficient and clean. I hate when repair people come and leave a mess. Cesar did not do this. He even brought a blanket to lay down I front of the dishwasher while he worked. I've been using ASAP for a few years and definitely recommend them! The owner, Sean (spelling?) is also very nice and super knowledgeable. Taylor is also down to earth and very transparent when booking your appointment and following up the day of. Again, couldn't ask for a better plumbing and appliance repair service! Definitely recommend them and their prices are reasonable.

Cesar was friendly, courteous, helpful, and his troubleshooting was spot on with our dishwasher problem. He ordered the part and our dishwasher was up and running in less than a week. His customer service was excellent and he did a terrific job.

Have a hard time with my dryer not heating our clothes. It takes 2+ cycles to dry a load of laundry. My husband is fairly handy and we took the dryer apart and tested the heating components. All tested fine. We vacuumed the dryer out while it was apart. We cleaned the vent from the dryer to the outside of the house. Everything we could think of. Still no luck. Called ASAP to come check it out, maybe we’re missing something. Our tech did absolutely nothing. He tested how hot the dry got and said “this is normal.” My husband asked what is considered normal. He responded, “this is.” The tech told us we need all the heating components replaced and it would cost almost $500 dollars. We asked if he was going to test them and he said he didn’t have to. That he knew what was wrong based “off of experience.” Well they all tested fine not even a month ago, so…. I called the office to get our $$ back and she was going to look into it. She said he doesn’t have to take it apart because they have a diagnostic tool they hook up, similar to a car, where it will give you error codes. We told her he didn’t even do that and that he knew what was wrong based off experience. She told me that when you go to the dr.’s office they give advice based off of their experience. You’re kidding me right. That may be true, but dr.’s still run tests, I.e. blood work, X-rays, scans, etc. to confirm, or not, their diagnosis. I will never use this company again. And by the way, I’m a nurse and am very familiar with doctors. Some I would not recommend and ASAP will also be in that group. They’re in the same category as dr.’s now I guess.

We used ASAP to address a problem with our Samsung Refrigerator. They immediately sent over a technician who promptly diagnosed the issue and help us order the part that needed to be replaced. Cesar, one of their other technicians scheduled the follow-up visit once the part was received. Cesar was very professional and skillful and replaced the part.

First of all, Shane was early!!! He was very polite explained the process, confirmed I was okay with the prices and got my oven back working in no time. Great customer service and extremely professional!

My property manager hired them for a simple job that included a $4 part, $79 labor plus tax. When the invoice arrived, they also charged an $85 service fee. In my research, a service fee is not charged when the company is hired to complete the job. They were paid promptly for the job, less the service fee. I sent them documentation regarding industry standards for service fees not being charged if hired to complete the job. I included my name and phone #. It made no difference to them, they continued to send me harassing invoices monthly that now included late fee charges ... then, sent me to collections. I can not recommend them. Highly unprofessional displaying poor character.

Just arrived in the area with our motorhome for Labor Day weekend and our residential fridge went out. Called a couple places to get someone out and was referred to ASAP. They couldnt come until after 6 PM but here it was Friday of a holiday weekend and Shane and Ryan showed up. Super nice guys and very knowledgable. Spent about an hour and a half working on the fridge. They replaced a part and weren't sure if it would work so only charged us for the trip. They would charge us later if it worked. Got up this morning and everything was working. Can't even thank them enough. So hard to find good service especially living full time in a motorhome. Thanks again for everything.

I researched online and called several companies, but the earliest any of them could come out would have been in the middle of August. I called on July 16th ASAP Appliance and they set up an appointment 3 days later. Cesar was the tech that came out. From 1 to 10, I would give Cesar a 20. Cesar was very curious and passionate in explaining everything to us. Cesar had to order a part for our washer and he stated it would take about a week to get the part. I was notified that the part came in and called to set up an appointment to be installed. I informed my family and friends of the experience I had with ASAP Appliance and recommended them for any repairs. I also told them to ask for Cesar. Ryan was very good about explaining everything. They have an automatic service to let you know when your appointment is and to confirm and also lets you know when the service man will be on his way. They give you a date with a two hour window. Worked wonderful for us!

Didn't catch his name but a guy in your warehouse went and searched for a used relay part for our refrigerator that went out on Christmas. We really appreciate his service. The check out not so much. The one who didn't check us out seemed annoyed and wrote big on a piece of paper about how they were selling used parts out of the warehouse. Maybe he wasn't supposed to but you didn't know our story. At first it was like he didn't want to but, he helped us out. So please thank him from us, he should be praised for what he did. Thank you!

I called ASAP appliances and plumbing on 10 June for an estimate to install a water softener I had recently just bought. I got an estimate the very next day by Chris.

After the estimate, I asked Chris if he was able to install it today. He told me that he was able to but needed to go back the shop to get some supplies.

An hour later he came back with another technician Scott to help with the install. Both of them showed professionalism and took great pride on their work.

Does leaving a natural gas pipe disconnected in your house even deserve a star? We had our water heater replaced and a water softener installed, but were also left with one of the nature gas supply pipes not even connected properly. We had a natural gas leak in the house for a week before we realized what was happening. My husband and I both were sick as a result of this including nose bleeds and headaches. We notified MUD when we thought we smelled gas in the basement and they came out and got the pipe connected. (5 stars for MUD!) MUD informed us that the technician didn't even perform a basic soapy water leak test before leaving, a dangerous thing not to do. After this, we notified ASAP plumbing and were simply told this shouldn't have happened, but received no compensation for the danger it exposed us to (thankfully it didn't ignite), the health issues we had including doctor bills, or the time that MUD had to take to come out and get it stopped.

When I called them I asked if they could repair R/O machines, she assured me that they could. Two men came and spent an hour trying to sell us a new system and trying to tell us we needed to replace valves that where rusted and a leak that had been repaired 10 years ago but couldn’t even replace the filters on the system. They charged us $125.00 and did nothing. The next day we went to a place that carried supplies for plumbing and the guy looked at a picture of the unit and gave us the filters and a wrench to replace them and we did it ourselves. Do not use this company there repair men know nothing.

Cesar and a couple others came out to fix our fridge today. We had a hard time finding someone to come out & help but ASAP made it happen. They showed up almost an hour early. Initially thought they would need to order the part and it would take 2-4 days to get it delivered. But they went above and beyond and found the part in Omaha, Left and came back within 30 minutes, and now I have a working fridge again! This day went much more smoothly than I anticipated because of Cesar and his team!! Thank you!!!
