I would say that the only thing affordable about them is the name. I called at 8 am they said they would be here at 1. No show at 4 pm, i called again the guy said he was on a job and basically forgot about me. He said it would take am hour to get here. He got here at 5 pm, i had a plug under my toilet, it took him 1 hour to fix, cost 216 dollars. But i can say he did good work.

Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable. Before arriving, they texted a picture of the plumber and a little bio so we knew who was coming. I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and follows through with the appointment and work. 5 stars!!!

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. Just great service and I am very pleased with this company’s response time and excellent customer service. Great job Rooter-man and I will call on you in the future if I ever have a plumbing need. They arrived within an hour to unclog my bath tub drain. The plumbers (Joseph & Tristan) were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves.

Quick, friendly, knowledgable and honest. After multiple plumbers have been out monthly to unclog our basement drain from tree roots, we felt like it was a never ending problem. Equisure was the last and only plumber to thoroughly get the job done and warranted their work for years to come. Definately would recommend.

We spoked with Gen to discuss what type of work we wanted done. She was very helpful and quick with setting up the consultation visit, after making sure we were ok with the initial consultation charge. After the appointment was set up they were thorough with sending out a text reminder of the day and time of visit and sending a picture of the technician that would be visiting, very nice feature!

Jim was our tech and before showing up he called in advance to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he informed me he had a technician in training working with him and asked if it was ok with me that the trainee was on the call with him.

Not only was Jim and James very polite, friendly and very professional they both did a great job. It was great how they were very thorough with explaining the cost of what was to be done, answering questions and giving estimates of 4 different plumbing questions we had. Absolutely no pressure to do any of it! After they completed what we initially called them for, which they did an excellent job, they did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves. They even asked if I was ok with the clean up! Very impressive. I would definitely recommend American Rooter to anyone in need of a plumbing job.

Great service, someone you can trust

We had a backed up sewer and we called around 10am - by 1245 they came and cleared it out. Very nice people and will call again if there are any issues with anything else.

I have needed them twice just this month for different issues. They came same day and were very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
