We woke up last Saturday morning to find our front yard leaking. Actually, our water service line was leaking and needed repair. OCB Plumbing was able to get us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Kenny kept us informed throughout the entire process - including when repair turned into replacement (darn this old house). The guys who performed the work were wonderful and worked their butts off into the evening to ensure that our water was back on before they left. They were respectful in coming in and out of the house to access the basement. Pricing was fair and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

they broke my bathroom vanity and said they would fixing before we had to pay the bill. now 6 months later I get a random call about the bill being sent to collections. the women I spoke with , Tessa I think, was particularly difficult and a not a nice person at all. her attitude alone would be enough to keep me away in the future

Had sewer drain issues. Called them came out right away. Upfront with prices. Came out with the right equipment to get the job done right. Top notch service and work. Very nice people. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have hot water again!! Durham Plumbing responded quickly to fit me in the day and did a fantastic fabulous job , great professional expertise on replacing my water heater. Fantastic work! I got home to my basement main line backing up carpet wet and the downstairs closet floor wet. I called all the 24 hour numbers google listed roto rooter, Burtons, ect and the plumbers who do all this advertising only to be told no one was available around 930pm on a weekday. Someone even mentioned waiting until Friday I was pissed. I initially called this company didn't get a answer but got a text saying I could let them know what was needed as no one was available. Someone texted me back saying a plumber could be out between 11p-1a, I took it! Ran to get a water vac since it was almost 10pm. Got a call 20 min later saying he was on his way. Awesome! The plumber ( I wish I could remember his name but I was so distraught about the floor) he was timely got to work immediately and got done quickly. It's was a unexpected cost for sure but could have been worse if I waited for all those other companies. I appreciate them coming out and getting that done so I could get things going so my house wasn't ruined. I will always keep them in mind if ever I need them again those other companies I called were a waste of time and energy. Way to go Two men and a snake.

We discovered water damage in our basement on Saturday afternoon and called Backlund Plumbing for help. They sent Alex within an hour and by the time he arrived we had found the source of the leak from our refrigerator. We suspected we needed an appliance repair rather than plumbing by that point. He agreed and after a call to his manager didn’t charge us because we’ve been customers in the past! I would definitely recommend Backlund Plumbing for 24 hour service and polite professionals.

I called for service on a Monday morning, they weren't sure they could get me in until Tuesday, received a call one hour later, and they were at my door 20 minutes later. I was able to work from home while they did their work. Hands down best service and quality work in a timely manner and the price was spot on and very fair!

Great group of guys! Came to pump my septic 4 hours after I called. Jetted and scoped our mainline, as well. They helped locate some breaks in the line so we know current and potential problem sites. I'll be a customer for life!
