Best Fixture Replacement in Omaha NE

Had an issue and worked with office to rectify. Can't ask for more than that. Will use in the future as they stand behind their work and word.

Jeff Mumm and his crew always do a superlative job. They are responsive always and especially in emergency situations. We cannot say enough good things about them.

I hired Southside Plumbing to replace the pipes in my house to improve the water pressure/flow in my house. Two men came out and replaced the pipes. It was a big job so there were several holes in the drywall which was to be expected.

As soon as they left, I noticed my bathtub faucet and handles were moving within the wall. They were no longer stable. They were stable before they came to do the work. I called them and the guys came back out and did some caulking. I trusted them to handle it but after they left noticed the faucet was still moving within the tub. I decided this was not worth the battle and gave up on this.

They left several mineral stained spots on my carpet. They left dust/debris. I tried several approaches to get the stains out but could not. They told me their manager would reach out but he never did. I tried calling both one of the workers phone numbers and the office and got no reply. I reduced the amount I paid by $150 to purchase a Groupon to get my carpet cleaned. I texted the employee saying I was doing this and offered to let me know if his manager did not think this was fair. I got no reply.
So, I’m thinking this is over and done.

The drywall people come out to repair the walls/ceiling. As they are reaching the end and in the garage. I decided to run and take a shower. I hear shouting and so I head down after my shower. They tell me that their is a leak. I say that I will call Southside but decide with the unresponsiveness that it is not worth it. I place a call with the employee and the business number. I get no response. I pay the drywall people to finish the caulking in the bathroom which seems to stop the leak.

I’m thinking this is finally done! I then notice the water pressure is getting worse. The whole reason I stated the project was to improve the water flow to the tub. The water pressure/flow is now actually worse then when I started the project. I call Southside again where I lose it with the woman who answers the phone after she tells me that they are saying this has nothing to do with any work they did. Yes, she is just the messenger. I felt bad about this. Anyway, I finally get the manager to call me back.

They come out the next day and clear some debris from the faucet and call it all good. They say I will need to pay $600 to replace the valve. This is after promptly paying $1800 for the pressure release valve outside and $2720 for the work inside.

The pressure after somewhat improved after they removed the debris is now back to where it was before they started. I called today and they are now telling me that they not come out to repair it. They are also saying they will refuse to work with me at all.

I have never had this experience. I’m a pretty laid back person. I understood with this project there would be some destruction but I have never had a company leave such a mess. I have never had them deny any responsibility and be completely unresponsive. I have paid close to $5000 and I am exactly where I started. They said they are not doing business with me because I called too much and there guys had to come out too often.

I’m very disappointed.

Big Burge Plumbing is an excellent local company. I had an issue on Christmas Eve and they got somebody to my house in a couple hours. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be using Big Birge for any future plumbing needs.

Henry showed up on time and was very professional. They cleared the blockage, scoped the pipe with a camera and did a water damage assessment. Very good service.

I finally found an honest plumbing company. Mike was very good and he took the time to explain things to me. He is the greatest ❤️

Fernando was a great plumber that had very many new skills and better qualities than a majority of the other plumbers we’ve had in the past come to our house. He was clean and tidy throughout his entire service call and did a great job at communicating with us! He will be our number one plumber from now on!

JP Plumbing is the best. I've never had to stress when they're involved. They take care of the issues we have, whether it's a clogged sump pump pipe, putting in a new sink or faucet, or finding a leak. They're amazing! Great timing and easy to talk to. They wanted to cut holes in the ceiling in underneath that was unnecessary.

Chris came out right away and fixed the problem quick. Explained everything he was doing and was very professional.

Alan D. Was the technician Service One sent to make my HVAC repairs and was did a great job! He explained everything he did and programmmed the new thermostat for me. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and was done with the job in no time!

Austin and Curtis did a great job, they worked will together. they were friendly and professional.

Tritz Plumbing has good service. They did their best even though I have to wait for 10 days for some parts to come when they did my home water Heater work.

Mark and another guy came with him. They did not introduce themselves although Mark had been here before. Mark start asking me questions about my hot water heater, I thought he knew why he was here. He asked me who put the hot water heater and I told you guys did, and he said I dont think we did. Then he talked about dirty it was, he took it off the strip below and that was it. I thought he was going to clean it something! Charged me $99 and left. Very arrogant he was!! His partner who I didnt get his name was nice. He just started it again and left for $99??? Really?? Dont think I'll be calling you guys again. There's more to say but I dont have enough room on here to do so. Thank you.

Was able to come very quickly and clear the drain. Very friendly and respectful. Would definitely call again.
