Dan arrived soon after I called and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me updated the entire time and told me what to expect which helped with the stress of the situation. Pricing was a fraction of what other companies would have cost to clear a main drain of roots.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. Bill helped me pick out the CORRECT fixtures to replace my shower heads and faucets saving me the hassle, time and cost versus if i had taken the word of the salesperson selling me a certain type of fixture. Thanks Bill for taking the time and effort to steer me straight. Dave M

Service tech was a nice enough guy, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of when billing came. Service call is $59 to look and tell me what is needed. He looked at my sump pump and with me there called the manufacturer. I guess that call was going to make the interaction $108. When I asked about the difference in rate he said he made a phone call so he did something (5 minute call with me). I stated that on the phone the rep said nothing would be done without my authorization. He then took the fee back down to the service call rate. I'm glad he did the right thing and changed it to the $59. I don't think I should have to fight for that. Outside of that he was very professional, kind, and gave me an honest estimate to replace the whole pump. My advice is to take surprises out of the equation. I don't mind paying what you are worth, but if a 5 min phone call is going to cost me an extra $50 then let me know so I can decide what to do.

my plumber who came out I think his name was Holland was amazing. super knowledgeable and friendly. way cheaper than the last company I had out. he took his time and explain everything to me.

I have a Service Contract with HomeServe for my outside plumbing items. The company had Raymond Plumbing do the work. I needed an indoor shutoff valve replaced, but first the outside shutoff valve had to be located. Raymond Plumbing coordinated with Omaha MUD to mark the location. Then Raymond installed the necessary items so the outside valve could be easily located in the future.
My wife was VERY happy with the workers and the work they did.
I would HIGHLY recommend Raymond Plumbing.

The technician Dan arrived on time, spent a long time looking at my slow moving drains, listening to my concerns. He was able to show me the real problem is my galvanized pipes that are connected to new pipes that were added before I owned the house, not clogged drains as I was thinking. He gave me a price quote for the work needed to be done to make the house right. Overall I was pleased with the service although I will have to decide what to do moving forward.

JP Plumbing will be my go-to for all issues from now on. Corey was awesome! Appreciate him coming out next day and installing garbage disposal and repairing kitchen waste line. Also, answered questions on installing kitchen sinks and water heaters which will I need in the future.

Ken & his crew are by far the best in the industry! My husband & I flip a-lot of properties, we use him for everything he is so responsive. Also, the quality of work is always top notch. I have tried a-lot of other plumbers also so I know the difference.
His guys are clean, polite & respectful which goes a long ways.

I called Chris on a Sunday afternoon and was thrilled when he was able to come over and help me with my issue after hours and on a weekend. Such a nice guy! I will most definitely be using him for all my future plumbing needs and recommending him to my friends and family.

I have always had a great experience working with the folks at ServiceOne. Cliff G was my technician today. He called to let me know he was on his way, was very efficient with his work, and didn't try to sell me on things I don't really need. Very polite and friendly. I plan on maintaining my relationship with ServiceOne for a long time.

I've used Tritz for multiple small things in my old house (leaks, water heater, etc...). Yesterday I called about a leaky outdoor faucet, same great service again.
