I called Micro close to the end of the day in desperate need for a plumber. My garbage disposal and dishwasher were clogged and overflowing and I had no idea what to do about it. I called and they were able to send someone out within that hour even though the day was nearly over. They showed up and fixed everything! The best part was it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Totally prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I will use them again for sure!

Took 2 full days for a tech to get to me but after all, it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Very personable gentleman and drain was opened within one hour. Very good job! 6 month guarantee also a plus.

This was the second time I have used Major Drain...they are absolutely superb! My main floor drain in the finished basement must have clogged at sometime & the water soaked the carpet. And a ton of carpet I will say! Major Drain was out to clear the drain within the hour and went right to work ...unplugged the drain & I was back in business to take care of the rest of the mess...The gentleman that came out was very professional and helpful as to how to prevent this from happening again. Can't say how grateful I am to Major Drain for their fast efficient work.
