Best Clogged Sewer in Omaha NE

Duane explained and went over the process thoroughly. Prompt and personable. He put a pressure reducing valve in and went over a couple other items with me over my new sprinkler system. Got our pressure up exactly perfect. Best it has been in 28 years. I’m very pleased with his workmanship and explaining what he was doing. Also found out my expansion tank didn’t have enough pressure fixed that quickly.

About a week or so ago, I noticed the sink in my upstairs bathroom was draining slower and slower . . . pretty much by the day. So after perusing the listings on Google, and after many attempts at other services, I came across this company. I told Bill, the owner, my issue and asked how much to fix it. He told me it would be 75.00 + tax which would make it about 80.00 and some change, but he could not get to it until the next day which was Wednesday. I set the appointment for Wednesday at 2 pm. Wednesday morning Bill called and said they were being held up by a big job and he would have to push my appointment back to 3 or 3:30 pm. I agreed to this. SO FINALLY AT 4:35 pm, one of Bill's employees shows up, I showed him to the sink and left him at it. About 30 minutes later he comes downstairs and asks me if there was any extensive work done previously on the upstairs pipes. I told him yes about 5 or so years ago, there was some pipes replaced and they had to open the wall in my bedroom to do it. He tells me that he couldn't snake past a point in the piping because of some kind of blockage or sharp turn . . . SO I WOULD HAVE TO GET A PLUMBER OUT TO POSSIBLY OPEN THE WALL AGAIN IN ORDER TO GET TO THE ROOT OF THE CLOG! I stood back and looked at him and asked, Aren't you a plumber?, he says, No, I'm just a drain guy . . . So I asked him was the sink still clogged, he said yes. So I went back upstairs and sat in my room while he gathered his things, after he wiped up whatever mess he made in the bathroom.
Unbeknownst to me, there was a 50.00 service fee, he didn't charge me the extra 30.00 since he wasn't able to get the drain unclogged. THANKS!!! So I paid 50.00 for this guy to show up over 2 and 1/2 hours late, further clog up the pipes, leave dirty brown water standing in the sink (which he could've taken the pipe off and let the crap drain into a bucket and then dump the bucket into the toilet! But I guess that would've been too much like right!) And then to make matters worse . . . HE'S JUST A DRAIN GUY?!?! When somebody shows up to my house with PLUMBING written on the side of the van, I EXPECT A PLUMBER! And instead of ME having to call somebody else . . . why didn't he call his boss and ask him to come to the house to further assess the situation?!?!

I called Bill, told him I was not happy at the virtual non-service I got, and the mess that was left behind, not to mention that I felt like I paid them for nothing! Also upset that now it is up to me to get ANOTHER plumber to come out and fix what they didn't fix. At first he sounded as if he were going to come out, but I told him I wasn't at home because I had to be somewhere at 6 pm, and that I wasn't happy about his guy being late either. In the end Bill half-way apologized and said he would say something to his guy about leaving a dirty sink with standing water. I also told him there was no discussion of this 50.00 service charge. He told me that he should've charged me the full 80.00, but since he didn't get it unclogged he only charged me the 50.00...

NEVER AGAIN!!!

UPDATE:

Roto-Rooter was out here this morning, he too was a drain guy. Difference between him and this clown organization from yesterday? He didn't charge me for not remedying the clog, and he didn't leave a mess!

I called Bill and told him I wanted my money back, because there was no previous talk of a service fee, and the aforementioned regarding Roto-Rooter. This fool had the nerve to tell me (without ever stepping foot in here), that my pipes were not up to code, and something about his guy not being able to go through the toilet to unclog the drain. I asked him just how in the hell he came to that conclusion? He says because he's been doing it 20 years ..............

I again demanded a refund, he refused, I told him I hope that's the last 50.00 he ever gets, I'm calling the BBB, and he just might end up on the news!

These guys were like a NASCAR pit crew. We called on a Monday night after discovering a leak in our basement. David penciled us in for Tuesday afternoon and arrived by 1130 Tuesday morning and was done before 1200! They had the part we needed, were very polite, even bringing in my Amazon packages for me. I found them by reading reviews - so I thought I would also post a review. The price was fair and I will absolutely be calling them again if needed. David even gave me some advice on fixing a toilet while he was at my home as well. Highly recommend.

This was the easiest service to book! I did it online at night and they had someone over the next morning! Our serviceman was so sweet and completed the job quickly-will definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable. Before arriving, they texted a picture of the plumber and a little bio so we knew who was coming. I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and follows through with the appointment and work. 5 stars!!!

Showed up at around 3:05pm. The customer service rep said between 3-5. He unclogged my toilet as I had one of my children flush a plastic top to a deodorant can down the toilet earlier this week. Anthony finished in 30 minutes.
It was a little expensive. But to have it done in the same day that I called, means a lot to me.

Living in an older neighborhood with a lot of trees and after one sewer back up experience about a year ago, we knew that our sewer line was not in good condition. When another, smaller, problem arose recently, we called Aksarben to see if they could help us out. They certainly could, but also offered to take care of our sewer line at the same time to minimize just how many times our yard would get torn up for plumbing. The estimate process was fair and the work began quickly. Despite facing a couple of challenges during the work making things a little more difficult than initially anticipated, the bid price was honored. Damien and Eric's team made a stressful situation much less stressful and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and I truly believe treated us the way they would want to be treated. As a bonus, they were great with our dogs and with our toddler who had a blast watching all the work being done! We highly recommend their team.

Scott and his crew have been amazing! We had two plumbing emergencies in a week, one at our house and one at our rental property. He handled BOTH the same day and was extremely knowledgeable, one was even on a Sunday morning. We had to have a major pipe repaired and his team came out to fix it with total professionalism and finished it in half the time I thought it would take. Not to mention they gave us some helpful tips on how to maintain clean pipes in the future. These guys are A+!

Two of Raymond Plumbing technicians came to our home to fix a stopped drain. We just bought the house not too long ago, so we were not sure what to expect. They were thorough, even leaving to grab a bigger snake. When they returned they were able to deduce the problem and, with the help of a Sawzall, they cleaned out a grease area that they assumed could have been growing for ten years. They never gave up. I expected the bill to be huge since they were here 2 1/2 hours, but everyone in the family agreed it was very fair because it was less than we thought. We will use them again!

We paid hundreds to have an issue solved and it was only temporary. Unfortunately, the services aren't guaranteed, and when I called to request video footage, the owner was extremely rude and said they didn't have it because there wasn't a problem (even though I paid for them to use a camera and they didn't bother showing the footage while here). He talked around the issue at hand, telling me how long their snakes were and cameras cost for their vehicles, which is irrelevant when my issue is still persisting. The problem I paid for was not fixed and we have had thousands of dollars of damage as a result. Needless to say, I went with another company that has been taking great care of us and guarantees their work. I do not recommend this company. He was very rude when confronted with an unsatisfied customer, and customer service is everything.

As you can see by the response, he is not willing to help. Not once did we ask for money, but rather the video footage. But he was quick to put us as culpable for flushing items when we have never done such a thing. Others guarantee their work. Lesson learned: make sure your work is guaranteed and ask for the video footage outright. Don't allow for someone to get away with an unthorough job, like snaking only a portion of your plumbing, when the real problem still persists beyond where they stopped.

P.S. They missed entirely the bellying of the pipe and also missed out on a $50,000 job. Not a clogged pipe from what was mentioned.
