Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

These guys were awesome. Very professional. We just needed our water heater replaced, but they walked our property with us and wanted to know if there was anything else they could help us with that was in their wheelhouse. Afterwards they laid out all the options and we chose what worked best for us financially and as homeowners. The actual work done was great. Our water heater is flawless and has really made a difference. The other work they did was well done too. There was a small mishap during installation where our screen door was broken, but they were super professional about it and are replacing it for us at their cost. They have actually been more helpful than the place we have been going through to replace the window. These guys are why you do business with a local company.

Had a problem with the water heater and they did all they could to try and fix, when that didn't work was able to get it replaced quickly and meeting time restraints.

I called to have my drain unclogged. I got a whole lot more than that.The first guy brought the typical wire snake for the drain. When that didn't cut it after 150 feet, he called his sewer guy.That sewer guy, let's call him Dan, moved some things around because I have a kid, and we had no flow to get the jet crew to my house as quickly as they could get there. The jet crew did their thing, and we were still in a bad spot.Come to find out, our entire pipe, from the house to the sewer, was hosed. Dan didn't blow smoke; he told me straight. I appreciate that. I ended up with a huge bill I was not prepared for. Still, because communication flowed freely the entire time, it was an easier pill to swallow.All this while we are in the middle of a pandemic. The guys masked up, all of them, and I felt like they really cared about me and my family's safety.Thanks, guys. I am so glad I went with Roto-Rooter.

Phillip and Brad were extremely professional during their visit. They were apologetic for having to come out the day after our ac had just been checked, even though they weren’t the ones to originally service it. I felt like their reexamination was thorough and trustworthy. Thank you for making things better.

We had our entire main sewer line replaced, they made a big & scary decision very easy.
Joe came to inspect & quote at the beginning of the morning window time. He didn't rush & let me ask all of the questions I could think of. We made a decision to use their services by the next morning so called to set it up (i'll spare the detailsof talking with Andrew in the office except to say he was very nice & accommodating as well). They were able to start the next day! Joe met the plumbers doing the work at our house for introductions and then they got right to work. The plumbers working were Mike, Garrett & Keith but there were a lot more people here than that- they had a crew! They took care of EVERYTHING; the city coming to mark underground, street blockades, the construction signs, clean up & city inspection. They kept us updated & luckily everything seemed to go smooth. Mike & Garrett even stayed after to talk with me about another plumbing project we have in mind.
Now the cool part, from quote to project completion was 5 days...Monday to Friday.
This was a very intimidating & scary project that we had put off for a long time but they made it so easy & pain free. You get what you pay for and in this case, I was happy to pay for the peace of mind American Rooter gave.

These guys are top shelf and never let their guard down on giving you honest professional work at a everyday worlking mans price! No B.S. on work they should not be doing period!
