Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

Called them on a Friday afternoon/early evening because our main drain backed up while I was doing laundry. Two guys came within a few hours and they were extremely friendly and professional. We all thought the problem was fixed and they left. About an hour later we realized that it wasn't fixed and was leaking again. Gave them a call again and about an hour later two other guys showed up. They were also extremely friendly and professional. They fixed our problem and everything seems to be working fine now. Even with emergency rates they were incredibly affordable. They even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They put our washer back and hooked it up and even cleaned the carpet on our basement steps. We will definitely recommend them from now on and if ever needed we will always call them first.

Micro Plumbing have worked on our home for emergency response jobs such as leaking toilet or frozen pipes as well as the entire remodel of a kitchen for 4 years. We have been consistently impressed with the quality of work performed, the professionalism of all Micro Plumbing workers coming to our home and on the phone. Its not only the quality of work which has exceeded our expectation but the quality of the people we interact with at Micro Plumbing. They have a long term perspective and go the extra mile to make sure our experience is a positive one. In addition we have found the amount they charge for the work performed to be highly competitive. We have 2 children and it is important to us knowing the individuals who come from Micro Plumbing share our values and are of high integrity and sterling character. We also enjoy their excellent communication and fast response time when we have had plumbing emergencies such as frozen pipes or a toilet leaking and damaging drywall on a floor below. I am a Director at a large corporation in Omaha and do travel a great deal. I consider Mike and his team at Micro Plumbing to be partners and confidants as applies to my home and families plumbing needs. I have complete trust in them and do not need to look over their shoulder to make certain they provide accurate information to me and do the work right. This is simply who they are and how they are wired from a character perspective. They do the right thing.

I would say that the only thing affordable about them is the name. I called at 8 am they said they would be here at 1. No show at 4 pm, i called again the guy said he was on a job and basically forgot about me. He said it would take am hour to get here. He got here at 5 pm, i had a plug under my toilet, it took him 1 hour to fix, cost 216 dollars. But i can say he did good work.

Bill have done a great job for me over the years I would rate him a 5 on any service call .

They deserve 5 stars. Tim was wonderful!!! How often can you say you enjoyed having a plumber in your home? The service was perfect.

Robert came out to one of our rental properties because the toilet wouldn't flush all the way. He ended up showing my dad what needed fixed so my dad could fix it himself and save us some money. He didn't even charge the normal service fee since it only took him a few minutes. I am not surpirsed they had a newer employee shadowing Robert. He's a stand up guy and a good representation of the company.

Phil was extremely professional so was the guy who came to do the verification. They were up front about everything and extremely pleasant to work with. I don’t typically leave reviews so actually leaving one means they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our service.
