Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

Might be the easiest and nicest people you can work with. Updated two bathrooms and I needed to have somebody that could work with the tile guy. Jeff was super easy to work with when it came to scheduling. Andy did the work and did a really nice job. He is a really nice guy and honest. You cannot put a price tag on someone being upfront and honest. I have had them do other work in the past, but this was by far the most involved and they did not disappoint. The pricing seemed reasonable, too.

Bryan responded to a request for plumbing help the same day I requested service. He advised me on the most cost efficient way to fix a leak at an outdoor hydrant on my property. He also repaired a spigot that was broken on my house while he was out. I highly recommend SmithPro for all your plumbing needs!

Called because my flush lever wasn't working. Fixed it and said the job was covered by a 30 day warranty. Two weeks after coming out, the lever broke in half and they came out and fixed it as they said they would. No fuss and they didn't beat their chests about how nice they were for doing it. Would highly recommend.

Have been trying to get gas lines run for 6 months. First appointment was a no-show. 2nd appointment was late. 3rd appointment, when they were supposed to run the lines, they said there was a problem and couldn't do it. I finally called around and was told by the city, there is no problem. Waited 4 weeks, thinking I would hear from them and nothing. I call and they want me to start all over, with the let's see what is needed appointment again. We had already done that. That was going to take 4 weeks to get done again! I've spent too much time with this company. They were recommended to me by a friend.

Fantastic service! Called on a Saturday. Guy was here within 30 minutes fixed my problem which was a leaky pipe and did it fast, and very reasonably priced definitely go with these guys if you can.

Dan and Rico from American Rooter were awesome to work with. They were personable and professional from start to finish. I found Dan very trustworthy and appreciated the way he kept us informed of their progress every step of the way. We needed an experienced plumber who could troubleshoot and help us resolve a persistent problem. For that reason, I would recommend Dan and American Rooter to anyone.

Plumbing today has been very responsive to my Omaha plumbing needs, from inspections, through replacement of supply lines and repairing saddles in my sewage lines. Their pricing is reasonable and service is excellent.

I have a problem with my main sewer line so I called in and was transferred to the owner Chris and had a good conversation on the steps to take a look at the line as well as a rough estimate. I scheduled someone to come out and take a look at my line with a camera. The appointment was between 3-5 and around 4:50 I called since no one had showed up, they told me that someone would contact me soon. Waiting a few more hours and no one called. I called them back in the morning and they claimed to have called me which was definitely not true. I confirmed my phone number with them and setup a 2nd appointment from 3-5 a week later. The exact same problem occurred again, I called them at 4:58 and they put my on hold for 6 minutes and then told me a technician would call me. They closed at 5PM so I had no way of contacting anyone after this point. No one called me the rest of the night or in the last few days to follow up on the missed appointment. I would not recommend a company that does not show up to appointments or makes no effort at all to contact it's customers.

Dereck was very personable, professional and let us know what was going on during the entire A/C yearly check. He advised I was using the most expensive filters that were actually not beneficial to my unit, allergies or wallet. He found an issue that he was able to corrected the same day (and a day that was extremely hot) and helped to resolve a noise issue with the unit. I would request him to come out in the winter to check the furnace.
