Repairman arrived as planned and was able to fix leaky faucet by replacing small part he had with him. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes . Only problem was that price was higher than originally quoted.

I have to concur with a lot of folks here...C&S installed a new heating/air unit in my home in February and everything ran great. When the AC kicked on in June and ran for prolonged times, water back-up in the unit and flooded the return trunk line. C&S came out, indicted the drain was installed backward and tried to charge me $120 service call and quoted $700 to replace the trunk line. I noted they installed everything and that the problem occurred when the AC finally had to run for prolonged periods. They still wouldn't budge despite admitting they installed the drain wrong. I got the BBB involved but all they said was they'd like to mediate the disagreement...ultimately, after 3 months, they said they would comp the service call and install the trunk line, but i had it fixed by then...no one should have to go through that...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you created this problem when you installed the unit...i see they are still accredited by BBB despite my complaint...

I have had very good experiences any time I have called for help. I have been very, very pleased with my new HVAC system they put in to replace my old 31 year unit. New ductwork completed this job. I found them to be expert in this installation, very courteous, and prompt. I see their truck in my neighborhood quite often, so I know they are doing good work. I always recommend them when asked.

Terrific plumber. Had a leaky pipe under the house that turned out to be a lot trickier to fix than first anticipated. Despite the fact it took twice as long as Rick Morton thought it would, he stuck to his original quote, fixed the leak and did it all in a friendly, professional manner. I'll definitely be calling them again if I have another plumbing issue.

I called to have unit inspected because it kept ri and wouldn’t shut off. I was told someone would be out on Friday no one came or called. Saturday no call or service. Monday no call . I called them and they stated they don’t see any notes on my account. I paid $ 324 to have my units checked twice a year, and l just paid 13,000 for brand new unit last month. I called to speak to manager was put on hold then told they would call me back. Someone did return my call . I asked that my $ 324 be returned l will get a plan with someone else

We had tried to change out the cartridge in our upstairs shower but it was defective and Easter sprayed everywhere. Hiller got a tech out to us very quickly. His name was Jeff, and he was awesome!

Jose did an excellent job. Thorough and polite. Isolated the problem and the fix. Great young man.

Danny was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He even gave me some steps to try while he was on his way, and spoke with the representative from my electrical provider (the problem was both the grid and my house). I am definitely using Lee again in the future.

Andrew A. came out to do an estimate for some gas line work for an outdoor grill. He did a thorough inspection of requirements of my current equipment and house demands and even answered a few impromptu unrelated questions resulting in a second quote on another project. We have used Frog for years from electrical to HVAC and now pipe fitting.

Don’t know what’s wrong with these people, but the guy I saw had a horrible attitude. Very rude people. Don’t recommend.

This was our third appointment this week with one of the pioneer service men and every time they have been personable and professional, and efficient. Vince came today to check our plumbing and was no different the previous service man :-) we have been a member of this company for years and will continue for years to come

Josh at Jewell Mechanical gave me a quick and honest quote when I reached out about an HVAC replacement. Within a couple days he had my specialty HVAC delivered and ready for install and he said they would be available to start the job at 7:30am the next day! The techs called ahead to let me know they were on their way and were at my place right on time and quickly got to work. Thank you Nate and Muhammed for being so kind and helpful and for doing a quick install. Towards the end of the job Josh came by to double check their progress which I really appreciated! I think the job took about 2.5-3 hours total. Definitely check out Jewell if you want a fair and honest price with great work and support! Thanks guys!
