Best Water Heater Replacement in Nashville TN

Repairman arrived as planned and was able to fix leaky faucet by replacing small part he had with him. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes . Only problem was that price was higher than originally quoted.

Attempted cat rescue from storm drain:
Would like to thank Brandon and the local Franklin, TN branch for trying help me rescue my cat from the storm drain. They were on-site less than two hours after calling in. Brandon and I tried snaking her out but no luck. Thanks again!!! Update: City water dept. came out and we were able to clear her out with their storm drain cleaning tool.

They arrived in about 30 minutes and the service tech. that arrived was so friendly to not only us but our resident. Their service was priced very fairly. We had a great experience with Mitch at Exclusive Plumbing Service. We have a new build where it seems some corners were cut with the pipework by the water heater, and Mitch was able to fix all of that with ease. His pipework looked super clean and like a quality job. We had a circulator pump, and expansion tank replaced as well. During his process, Mitch explained why certain components needed replacement based on his findings, and what could wait to be repaired. He wasn't pushy at all. His communication was top notch. He wore a mask to keep us safe and shoe covers when he came inside the house. He answered ALL of my questions. He's a really professional, honest, quality plumber. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber in the Nashville area.

I had an appointment set up for service for my Hvac system and they block time past. I didn't receive a phone call or anything from the company I had to call them three times and see why the tech didn't come at the scheduled time and if they still planned on coming today. I was told they wouldn't be able to come today even after I had an appointment set days ahead of time. i tool today off work and lost money and time waiting on an appointment they didn't honor. I will not give them anymore of my business
