Best Water Heater Problem in Nashville TN

Roger came over quickly after I called requesting an estimate. He was over within an hour and gave us a very competitive bid. I was hesitant to use a franchised plumber, but I trusted Roger to do a good job. He did wonderful work and I will recommend Roto-Rooter to friends.

Best company we’ve ever dealt with! We had a pipe burst under our house and they had their guys at our house in 20 minutes! Ben came out with another young man (I wish I could remember his name). They were extremely professional and had us back up and running in 45 mins! I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were amazing and we will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs!

Covert Plumbing was amazing with their professionalism and hospitality. My wedding ring fell down my shower drain and I was devastated. I knew that my best chance was that the p trap caught it under the house in the crawl space. To avoid pushing it further down the drain I immediately turned off the water. I called multiple plumbers desperate to help me and unfortunately everyone was too booked. When I called Covert Plumbing they were the only ones who could sense my urgency and prioritized my problem which I appreciated beyond words. Saved the day! Xmas Eve morning woke to leak at water main in the garage after a record low temperature. No other plumbers answered, or an answering service took our name/number for a tech to call. But this company ANSWERED THE PHONE and was here within the hour! Found and fixed within 30 minutes. It’s now 10:45am, problem SOLVED and no other company has even called me back. We were renovating our bathroom and discovered that when we turned the water on after removing all the fixtures the shut off valves that capped off the pipe were leaking. We called no problem plumbing and Jason was able to fix it that day so we could turn our water back on. He even stayed after business hours to make sure the job got done. Great service! Great price! Would recommend to family and friends needing plumbing services.
