Called these guys for an emergency at my work on a Monday night. They were fast, responsive and professional. Got my situation fixed quickly and for after hours rates it was quite reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Jeremy did a good job as far as replacing a shower faucet. I called in the morning and they were able to get there by the around 2:00 which was great. My only complaint is the cost to replace a faucet. He first quoted me over $700 which floored me and I told him I can allow him to do the work but his charge may keep me from calling them next time one of my rentals need work. He ended up giving me a senior discount so it costed me $661.50. I will have to compare pricing next time because I felt replacing a shower faucet should’ve costed no more than $400 max.

This company is awesome because Mrs. Sandra saw my phone number on their call log and called me back. Had a consultation scheduled for the same day in just a few mintes. By midday, Jeff came out to our house and completed an extremely thorough plumbing assesment. He examined the ceiling, roof, and neighboring bathrooms. As we work towards finishing our degrees, the last thing that my roommates and I want to think about is plumbing issues. Thank you Jeff for your dedication to your craft.

My two year old AC went out. Called for them to come and fix it. The lady on the phone seemed irritated and was talking extremely fast. She told me I would receive a phone call that evening 30-45 minutes before the repair was to be done. 9pm rolled on by and I called to see what was going on. Mind you the first time I called was around noon.Now I receive word that the person who booked me, over booked the schedule and I wouldn’t be able to get a repair until tomorrow. There are several things wrong here, which probably went unaddressed. I could have had another of the 1000 HVAC repair men in my area to come fix what took the man 5 whole minutes to fix. I was swindled into a year long contract to boot. To top it off, the repair man was scheduled to be out at 8-12am. Here we are at 1130 and I haven’t received that “promised” 30-45 minute phone call regarding his arrival. The person on the phone promised I would be the first in line for the morning schedule. So for my review, I’d give this a 1/5. I would give a zero, because the repair took 5 minutes and the part cost 15$ on Amazon. They wound up costing me over 400$ and the headache that went with it. Not to mention my dog almost died, it’s the middle of the summer.

They don’t make plumbers like this anymore. My wife and I had a pretty serious issue with our renovation that required some real work. this guy did all of it, by himself, in a timely manner. Oh yeah, and he was the cheapest guy out there, which meant I didn’t have to wait a year to save up for it to be done. I have nothing but praise for this company.
