My toilet was running constantly after flushing and I troubleshooted it myself but did not have the materials to exchange the valve for a new one. RJ came earlier than expected and tracking was available prior to arrival, which I liked. He was quick, knowledgeable and polite. I think $262 to change a toilet flapper and valve is excessive for a 45-minute repair but I needed it urgently since my house is under contract. I would just recommend comparing prices with other plumbers before using their services.

What a pleasure to deal with a contractor who came out and did what they said they would do on time and on budget. Branson Maddalina was top notch.

Great staff & Technicians. This was the Mt. Juliet office. Blade & Matt did excellent work diagnosing my garbage disposal issue & found a new replacement! Then, a few days ago they returned & tested my old water heater. Luckily it was in great shape 👍! Blade looked @ my sink & big tub in my large bathroom & I am anxiously awaiting an appt to fix them.

Had a clog in the main drain that I couldn’t get to break free. Called on. A Monday at 1pm. Scheduled for the following day. Tech Michael R. Was on time and executed the task to clear the main drain within 20 min. Would definitely use them again for future drain issues.

From Nancy’s initial introductory call (very professional, delightful) to Branson’s work preparing plumbing for cabinet work, it was nice dealing with people who know what they’re doing. Would recommend to anyone!

Our kitchen drain completely stopped draining so we called Mr. Rooter out to fix it. This ended up being tough! Branson Maddalina was seriously AMAZING! Due to the severity and depth of the blockage in my drainage system, the auger couldn't access and remove it from the drain itself. I knew there was a possibility we would have to open up a wall or ceiling if he couldn't find another way. He ended up accessing the drainage pipe through the crawl space (nasty crawl space) and was able to auger it that way. Thank goodness he was able to do it without the headache and cost of tearing things out! I'm sure it wasn't fun or easy but I am so grateful! Branson is seriously awesome! I highly recommend this company because of him.

Quick in response. Definitely on the more expensive end. Will try to charge you more than original price shown if they can’t unstop the clog and have to bring out a different machine. For example. I had a stopped up main drain line. He showed me the price for an auger fee ($495.00 which I thing is steep) after he couldn’t get it with the auger he brought out the power jet system. Clog still there. Had to call in a camera guy to come assist him. Finally found the issue. Once drain was unclogged try to charge another fee for the other guy coming out and a power jet fee. These fees were never discussed before he made the decision to bring out the power jet or call someone else to come assist. I feel like you should at least let the customer know upfront if we can’t fix the issue you are still charged and will have to pay more if we bring out more equipment from the truck or van.

My technician, Branson, was very kind and thorough. He was on time and kept me informed what he was doing every step of the way. Great experience.

They were quick to come out and charge me the $85 service call when I needed leak detection in my yard. but then didn't want to bother with detecting because my yard is too big (if it was an easy job I wouldn't have needed to call someone). They ended up quoting me $1000 to fix an unrelated spigot that I then repaired myself for $40. I still have a leak somewhere underground in my yard. They said they would have the franchise owner contact me but it was a call center guy. As a realtor I'm used to seeing low effort contractors, but this is ridiculous.

I had a seriously blocked kitchen sink. I tried to snake it myself without any success. I called Mr. Rooter who was able to come out that same afternoon. Michael was the plumber and was very professional and courteous. The cleanout procedure was extensive and removed much debris. Michael's skill ensured that it was cleaned out completely. He was able to show me the offending debris as he wrapped things up. He did a good job cleaning up the entire area where he worked. It was definitely cleaner than when he started. Mr. Rooter was very timely, friendly, punctual--actually arriving almost an hour before the time quoted. Michael was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I hope I don't have the need, but I would definitely call Mr. Rooter again. Mr. Rooter also called me the next day to verify that my problem was solved and that I was completely satisfied with the work. Very nice touch!

We had an emergency and Mr Rooter was the only plumber to show up. The phone staff including Amanda were kind showing empathy towards my situation. Michael was awesome! Really weird unknown leak which was actually draining in the waste line. We went through the house fixture by fixture and were able to locate the issue. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and for sure Michael!

I called yesterday and was attended pretty quickly. Technician Michael Reynolds came out today to clean out the drain in my upstairs bathroom which had been causing a weird smell. He took care of it and removed some build up. He was very helpful and shared value able information for any future problems.

It is never a good time for your pipes to burst, but it is really bad on Christmas Eve because there are no plumbers that answer the phone except, Mr Rooter!

Called for a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night and the lady who answered the phone seemed completely confused. She asked me three times what time I wanted my appointment. When I reminded her for the third time that it was an emergency she said okay give me a moment. When she came back to the line she said we should be getting a call shortly from the local office. Here we are 2 hours later and still no call. We already had another plumber come out within 20 minutes of a call, complete the job, and give us helpful tips for the future, we will not be recommending this company to anyone.
