We were very overcharged for a repair. Our normal go-to handyman was unavailable so we called Bellevue First Plumbing. Our normal repairman told us it was an easy job to replace a broken toilet flange and that the part was only $11 at Home Depot. Unfortunately, because of a miscommunication between my husband, who arranged the service call by Bellevue First Plumbing, and myself, who was the one at home when he came, I didn't ask for a quote first. The repairman was here for one hour. We were charged $460. Ultimately, it was our fault for not getting an estimate before the work was done. But, I also feel this was dishonest on the part of the plumbing company.

We had a bathroom remodel, so we didn't hire them directly. They had to take out the tub and then reinstall. They left a huge hole underneath our house to access the tub and didn't repair it. I went underneath and could feel the air conditioning exiting our house in the crawl space. They had to come back out and fix. When the tub hardware was put back on one of the knobs leaked. It was not leaking before the remodel. They quoted us $325 to come back out and fix something that was working fine before they removed it.

Michael's replaced our very old, janky water heater and brought it all up to codes (aka safe!). Jeff was our tech and he had the job done in no time. He is awesome!

Mitch did an excellent job installing a new water heater for me. This was the first time I had had a water heater fail so the flooding was not what I expected. I called Mitch and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. His price was fair and he offered to shift his schedule around and install it the same day! Within 4 hours of me calling him I had a beautifully installed new water heater and my house was back to functioning as normal! You really saved the day Mitch!

Woke up to find my water heater pouring out water. Called Choice and talked to Jack. He walked me through a few questions, and was able to diagnose my problem. Made it out to my house in about 2 hours. He explained to me what had happened, and was able to replace the water heater quickly. After he finished I looked up a comparable water heater at Home Depot and found his parts and labor were barely more than I would have been able to buy the water heater for. I hope to not need the services again, but if I do I will definitely call Jack.

I called Donelson Air Service on a Saturday morning at 9am with a broken furnace blower. Chuck was onsite by 12pm, ordered the part and installed it by 8:30am Monday morning. Chuck then went above and beyond by joining a call with my home warranty company to help ensure I received reimbursement for the repairs.My second experience with the company was as good as my first. Cody helped me out with a late-night heat loss problem. Even after a long shift, he was still jovial and quick to fix the issue. Thanks, Cody!
