Garrett Couture came to our home and diagnosed a problem we'd had for about 3 months. (He was the third person who had come.) He checked with the home office, found they had the broken part and came back and fixed it the same day.

Completely bogus inspections!!! Took $1800 and said everything was fine, bought house and septic backed up, dug up to find a 50 gal drum. Could never get ahold of them again...Thx for the service $&@%@!!!!

Just when I thought that we were just going to have to deal with no AC/Heat for a while due to cost...Davey with ARS gave us a quote we just couldn't turn down. So within just a day from receiving the quote we had a brand new HVAC unit installed. Davey was the greatest sales guy I have ever dealt with. We did not feel pressured at all and that was awesome. The drain to my washing machine appeared blocked. Luke Shaw was unable to clear it . He went under my house (crawl space) and took pictures of the problem with the pipes. Explained how the problem could be fixed and the cost. He made sure I understood and answered all my questions. He cleaned up gave me his number so if I had any more questions I could call. I was very pleased with the technician and his work.

Great service by friendly, professional folks! We've used Lee Company since the late 1990's for two houses and have never been disappointed. Through the years Lee Company has installed HVACs, tankless water heaters, home water filters, toilets, new ducts, and has done major home electrical upgrades to our great satisfaction. We recently discovered we had roots in a sewer line which decided to clog while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Lee Company quickly came and cleared the line.
