John was able to come out quickly and repair the fittings around my water pressure booster once he made a run to the parts supply house to get unique fixtures needed for my repair. I am glad I found John and will continue to use him for my plumbing needs. We were renovating our bathroom and discovered that when we turned the water on after removing all the fixtures the shut off valves that capped off the pipe were leaking. We called no problem plumbing and Jason was able to fix it that day so we could turn our water back on. He even stayed after business hours to make sure the job got done. Great service! Great price! I wouldn't know what his services are like. I called him first to fix some baffolding after a septic tank issue on a recommendation. I left 1 message and he called right back. He didn't quite understand what I was talking about so he said he would call the septic company I used and go over it with them and he would call me right back. Well even after leaving 3 more messages over a 2 week period he never called me back. If someone is going to not care that much I wouldn't even bother giving them a chance.
