Repairman arrived as planned and was able to fix leaky faucet by replacing small part he had with him. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes . Only problem was that price was higher than originally quoted.

He was at our home in an hour…provided a temporary fix and came back to finish the job while we vacationed with extended out of state family! Updates from Nathan’s sister Erica - so persistent while we dealt with spotty cell service. So grateful for proud family owned businesses.

Best company we’ve ever dealt with! We had a pipe burst under our house and they had their guys at our house in 20 minutes! Ben came out with another young man (I wish I could remember his name). They were extremely professional and had us back up and running in 45 mins! I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were amazing and we will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs!

We had a tankless water heater installed December 2016. We were informed that there was a 10 year warranty for parts and labor. Fast forward 5 years, and we have an issue with the water heater leaking on the outside of our house. We called April 13th and they had no record of even doing the job but we still had the invoice. Someone came out April 19th and said they needed to order a part since it was a warranty claim... so we have been getting the runaround since then. We have made repeated calls and attempts to get this addressed and all we keep getting is a receptionist who “just answers the phone” and tells us repeatedly that she herself is not a plumber...

It is 6/6/2021 and we still have no resolution to our problem and a VERY consistent stream of water pouring from our water heater. The “owner” stated that we could call for an update but that would require someone to answer the phone. I have no problem reaching out to Navien but that would also require someone answering the phone so we can get details about the repair that is needed.

Donelson was very efficient with installing my new HVAC Unit and Tankless Water Heater. They was punctual, courteous, and respectful during their time at inside my home and took great measure to keep things clean!

Tyler did great! Took care of us right there and prevented further damage to our home. Having to do our own drywall work afterward, which is kind of a bummer, but overall very pleased with their punctuality, work ethic, and speed of diagnosing the problem.

They sent someone to my home to do an inexpensive tune up on my HVAC. He was a little late, but seemed very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Unfortunately, he couldn't give me a quote for HVAC replacement and sent a salesperson instead.The salesperson that was sent to my home was very late, very pushy, and took over 3 hours to give me a quote which should have taken 15 minutes to give. The quote was VERY high, but we agreed to it anyways because we needed the work done.We decided later to cancel the installation and had to deal with 2 customer support reps on the phone who then informed me that only the pushy salesperson was allowed to cancel and that the salesperson would contact us within the hour. After waiting about 4 hours, I called him, and he insisted that he needed to call me back a couple hours later to explore my options no matter how many times I told him that I would rather not deal with yet another phone call. Finally, he did call me and after 15 minutes of my being very firm I essentially had to hang up on him. We overnighted a written cancelation because my wife found fine print on the install order that said they would charge us if we didn't do it that way (nobody said anything about this cancellation policy over the phone).
