Amazing and courteous service! We had to call because our motor went out just in time for the cold! Our technician Richard Barber was very informative and fixed our unit in no time! Roman is awesome. He takes the time to explain the issue and will physically show me what the problem is. We’ve had experience with other HVAC companies and they haven’t even come close to providing the service that Roman has. MCH overall is very responsive and everyone I’ve talked to has been so nice. Would definitely recommend this company.
