My wife called me at work and told me that the top of of the outside, in-ground pipe(sewer) was off and Stuff was all around. I immediately went home, fearing for the worst. I had no idea how much this would cost me - I was fearing a big problem that would cost me in the thousands of dollars. I found Plumbing Solurions on the Internet, called and they were able to schedule me just a few hours away. Great ! The Serviceman callled me back in 30 minutes later and told me he was on his way. More Great. He came, assessed the situation and told me the cost would be 49 dollars - yes thats right 49$. INCREDIBLE !!!!! I had him do some extra work (for extra money of course) while he was there - no problem for him. The young lady at the service desk was very nice.

I cant say enough about the professional way this was handled - If I could give them 6 stars I would - I know this sounds to good to be true and I am always leery when someone gives a great recommendation (thinking its someone from the company) - that is honestly not the case /never seen or known these folks before.

Also you placed an illegal lien and your company admitted to that. I have tried making a payment for the work even though I have NO KNOWLWDGE of what you did or if you did anything at all since I never had an agreement with you and never hired you.
Still I have attempted to be nice about your admittedly illegal extortion and pay you. But your office doesn't get back to me for weeks at a time everyday cost $81 in interest on the property and I will be pursuing those damages.

Michaels Plumbing company delivered on everything as promised. They put in new PVC pipe under my home now I don't have to worry about any drain issues. Thanks for all your hard work!

Robert, the owner, was very unprofessional. Did not do the job right. Paid close to 10K. Very unsatisfied with the plumbing work. Will not refer nor use his company again. Reported to Metro Codes.

We had a busted hot water heater….These guys were awesome— very responsive (fixes the next day!), fair pricing, great quality work, and patient to explain everything and all options!! Could not ask for more!!

Our condo unit needed its AC unit serviced, but none of the units on top of the roof were labeled. Our tech DJ took the time to help us identify which one was ours and was able to service the unit and give us tips on how best to maintain it. Would def recommend Hiller.

Josh never showed up.I briefly went outside when I came in someone had called but left no message.I get a lot of solicitation type of phone calls so I didn’t call the number.I finally called Frog and was advised job completed , but the tech did include a note to them he called and left message to us, again no voice mail.My question is why didn’t he come by? Was because it was late?I was looking for a reliable company, I guess I will keep looking.I have requested a refund for the tune up package I paid for, I hope I get it. One employee told me it may take a while.

They need to learn the rules of the road like not driving in the left lane and not passing anyone for miles and not texting and driving.
