I recently had the pleasure of working with your plumbing company, and I must say, I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received. After experiencing persistent basement flooding that previous plumbers couldn't diagnose, your team arrived and conducted a thorough inspection.

To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

Your Technician took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and presented the only viable solution available. He discussed rerouting the master bath and the hall half bathroom back into the room where the pump is located, and then redirecting the plumbing out of the front of the house. Unethical business practices! Below standard workmanship! Price gouging! Horrible customer service! Rocky sent 2 kids to do a job for us and linstall a bath tub. When they left the tub was not level, not secure and the valve was crooked and stuck way out. The tub spout was not secure to anything it just hung there. We had to basically go over everything to make sure it was done right and secure the tub and valve by adding backing. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from this company, there just there to take advantage of the vulnerable homeowners who dont know better. Scamming seems to be the intent of this business, behind a so called history of pride of workmanship! When we asked about all the complaints Rockies answer was we are getting those prices and if you dont like it dont call us! Not exactly good business acumen or character for a business owner!
