Chad was very professional and thorough. He arrived and resolved the problem within an hour of me locating it. He also provided some helpful tips to help us maintain the integrity of system. We have used another pluming company, in the past, for the same problem, and they were double the price, took more than half a day to correct the problem, and tried to convince us to commit to doing a project that would cost thousands of dollars. Also you placed an illegal lien and your company admitted to that. I have tried making a payment for the work even though I have NO KNOWLWDGE of what you did or if you did anything at all since I never had an agreement with you and never hired you.
Still I have attempted to be nice about your admittedly illegal extortion and pay you. But your office doesn't get back to me for weeks at a time everyday cost $81 in interest on the property and I will be pursuing those damages.

This was our second great experience with Hiller. It was so easy to schedule the appointment online. I received an appointment confirmation soon after I submitted the form and Darrel was right on time. He gave me a rough (very, very close) estimate as soon as he got here, based on the information I had provided, which I really appreciated. He was extremely professional, kind, and explained everything he would be doing. We will continue using Hiller for all of our PHCE needs!

They don’t make plumbers like this anymore. My wife and I had a pretty serious issue with our renovation that required some real work. this guy did all of it, by himself, in a timely manner. Oh yeah, and he was the cheapest guy out there, which meant I didn’t have to wait a year to save up for it to be done. I have nothing but praise for this company.

I called Mid 10 plumbing this morning because of water dripping in my crawlspace which of course had stopped once they were here. Just like when a car doesn’t make that sound when the mechanic looks at it. These guys are super professional and efficient. Justin came by a few hours later to investigate the issue. He spent probably close to an hour investigating with me. We turned all the water on in the house and no dripping occurred. There were no pipes in the area of the leak so it’s impossible to figure it out without opening up walls. He gave a bunch of things to look out for to see if I can reproduce the issue. It may be the rain from a couple days back that was causing a leak in the crawlspace also. He was super friendly, he always asked if he could open a door or if he could go look in this room or that room before actually going in there. He also seemed genuinely concerned about the issue and wants to figure it out, which we will. When I see the issue again, I’ll be calling these guys for sure and I’ll be recommending them to everyone. The best part is they didn’t charge me for the visit. Ridiculous! Thanks guys.
