We had a bathroom remodel, so we didn't hire them directly. They had to take out the tub and then reinstall. They left a huge hole underneath our house to access the tub and didn't repair it. I went underneath and could feel the air conditioning exiting our house in the crawl space. They had to come back out and fix. When the tub hardware was put back on one of the knobs leaked. It was not leaking before the remodel. They quoted us $325 to come back out and fix something that was working fine before they removed it.

Dalton was very polite, professional and explained what needed to be done to rectify the situation. I appreciate the reassurance. Will most definitely call on them again.

Don’t waste your time! Worst service I have ever encountered. Was overcharged for “work” they never did. And they were rude over the phone. They promised me they wouldn’t leave my house until heat was working and, not only is the hvac not fixed, I never heard from them again. Terrible company.

Good service, integrity in workmanship, competitive pricing. Green hills plumbing and their employees met all of these qualifications in the leak repair did they performed at my home. This was my first time to use their services and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been beyond IMPRESSED with their customer service. If you are looking for good people to work hard, make sure that you are taken care of and know that the work is quality.... call 615 plumbing. Tyler went so above what I even thought was possible for a business to provide. I was able to voice my concerns about work that was done and he personally made sure that we were satisfied and well taken care of. If ever there is other work to be done... I WILL call them again.

The techs were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of my home. They did an excellent job and cleaned up perfectly when they left. In a world where customer service seems to be forgotten, these two guys were extremely customer focused and it was refreshing. I would definitely trust this company with any other future needs.

I bought the annual package for maintenance on my house - it is great! Keeps my house in order and they identify needs in advance so I don’t have issues - heat, air and plumbing- very comprehensive! The service people are great!
