Dispatch was great and very helpful. Tech came bc sump pump wasn’t functioning and water was all over basement. He reported after being on site a few minutes that sump pump was backed up with “garbage” and he had to clean. I offered him a trash bag and he accepted.He came back 10 minutes later with a trash bag about 1/3 full leaking with every step he took. Would be nice if in this type of job, tech would have their own leak proof container. Hiller charged $229 for 15-20 minutes of non skilled clean up. It was a Sunday so I knew it would be high, but that seems not commensurate with work performed.

Love the Maynard folks. One of the things I appreciate is when they answer the phone they say...how can I make you smile today. Which upok hearing that, no matter what the issue, tells me they are already in the mindset to help me. I always appreciate how they never push extra services to get extra money and only do what is necessary. Appreciate their transparency always.

Great contractor

We have been “Kahuna Club” Members with Surfin’ Plumbers for a couple of years now and they always treat us right! Their office staff is friendly and helpful and every technician and/or plumber we have had is both nice and professional. They always provide honest info and never push expensive upgrades. Seth, in particular, is our favorite plumber to have out because he's both professional and personable, plus he's been able to solve every problem we've called them out for. Having the peace of mind that someone will come look for free is worth the club membership by itself, plus the discounts are nice when/if home ownership gets crazy.
