Copeland & son is top notch when it comes to service and maintenance. My heating and cooling bills seem to be a lot less because of the 2 scheduled maintenance trips they make each year. They are always there in a emergency and you can feel confident in their work. There is always a friendly voice when you call when service is needed.

I would say that not all plumbers are alike. I had tried a few other plumbing companies over the years and I am now a Morton Plumbing customer for life. They were respectful, clean cut, and did not try to sell me services I don't need. They inspected our plumbing in our home as a precautionary measure at no charge. We sometimes have clogged drains, with sinks and toilets in our home and rental property, so plumbers are needed on a fairly frequent basis. They also have installed backflow preventors and hot water heaters. We have been pleased with their service, pricing, and satisfaction stance.

From the emergency plumbing call at 7:30 am to the arrival of Danny, Isaiah, Tiny, Smalls, and Keith, we were so impressed and very grateful!! Our sewer lines were blocked (and we later learned cracked) and the water was backing up and pouring under the house. We had called 3 other companies and were told it would be anywhere between 24 and 72 hours before they could get anyone there. The response team from ARS arrived within the hour. Wow! What a difference!! And we knew immediately that we were in great hands - professional, skilled, courteous - and they explained every step clearly and fully. It was not to be an easy fix but they got the lines flowing for our temporary use and shifted to complete the remaining repair outside so as not to inconvenience us. Add thoughtful to the list of superlatives! We couldn’t more highly recommend ARS for any issue you might have!! Chris was great and on time. He knew what the problem was and got us on our way very quickly. Sometimes mechanical things happen and it's not the techs fault of course. Chris did everything he could to make sure we got back up and running as soon as possible.

Once again, Lee Company shows why we keep using them. We have the maintenance plan and they’re always on top of keeping everything in our home running perfectly. This time, I had a home surge protector installed and also asked about adding outlets to my garage. Not only did they do it for a fair price, they did it all the SAME DAY! I can’t say it enough — if you don’t have Lee Company, you’re missing out! I won’t let anyone else touch my home — they keep us safe and give us peace of mind.
