I called at 10pm for a backed up toilet. Jenny in the office was fantastic! She didn't sound like I was bothering her or that she just hated answering the phone. And then to get a service call that next morning within a specific 30-minute window was just wonderful.
Keith came to my home while my family was in town so my mom handled everything for me while I was at work. She said he was extremely knowledgeable and very nice, answering all her questions and making suggestions on what we would need going forward, while he worked. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone I know.

I’ve had great service repairs with my Unit, the only problem is I have a Defective Evaporation Coil, Technician 1GGG stated that needs to be replaced. Other than that it been great services.

Hiller did a fantastic job relocating my sewer cleanout lines in preparation for an in-ground pool. They were not only my lowest quote but their service and installation process was exceptional. Would not hesitate to use them again!

The services I checked off are in the process of being scheduled. The young Service tech that was here yesterday & Justin, who was here this morning could not have been more professional. They not only listened to my story & frustration of the delay in someone getting here, they HEARD me & wasted no time in getting solutions in place, scheduling & solving the immediate problem at hand. They were kind, considerate & obviously love working w/Lee Co. It’s because of these two Lee Co employees & others with whom I’ve dealt are the reason I’ve been associated w/Lee Co for 50+ years. I highly recommend Lee Co to anyone & everyone that asks “who would you recommend for …..?” Lee Co is top notch in my book!!!
